One of the clearest signs that Planet X had arrived in the neighborhood in 2003 was the 12 hour wobble, where the entire globe shuddered, simultaneously, at the same time, twice daily at approximately 0:00 UTC and 12:00 UTC, almost exactly 12 hours apart. This first showed up on the live seismographs in March of 2003, and has been present as the dominant wobble pattern more or less ever since. There was no other explanation for this pattern other than the Planet X explanation, nor has an explanation ever been proferred by the USGS. Per the Zetas, the cover-up over Planet X is just hoping you don't notice! Global Warming and emissions from the Sun don't cover this phenomena. Planet X was grabbing at the highly magnetized Atlantic Rift, twice a day when it faced Planet X, in the direction of the Sun (the Face point) or when it was in opposition on the dark side of the Earth (the Dark point). This pattern is well documented on the ZetaTalk website.

Then a new type of wobble emerged. This showed up clearly on May 25, 2007, around the globe, as the globe was coming out of a quiet period when the tugging on the Earth by Planet X was not extreme. These live seismograph images from May 25, 2007 were captured at the same time, at 12:00 UTC when the Atlantic Rift is facing the Sun and Planet X. But here the globe is not shuddering in unison as the Atlantic Rift is being grabbed twice a day, there is instead a kind of rolling wobble, going round the globe from East to West, as though the magma under a part of the globe was agitated! The May 25, 2007 charts show that a wobble starts in Ethiopia as the wobble in the Aleutian Islands stops! These are spots opposite each other on the globe. Similarly, the Black Hills starts its wobble as Yakutsk, Russia stops! These are likewise spots opposite each other on the globe. The Zetas explain.

ZetaTalk Explanation 5/26/2007: We have stated that Black Hills, SD is rumpled because this is where the ripping open of the St Lawrence Seaway ends, and thus shows the stress the Seaway is under. We have stated that the N American plate, flat at the top so it cannot roll as continental drift occurs, will cause the continent to rip, diagonally, as the northern boundary is immobilized from Japan to Iceland. Thus, stress occurs along the tongue of rock that juts toward Japan and thense up through Eastern Siberia. As the globe turns, the stretch stress on the Black Hills due to a Seaway rip is replaced by a stress on the other side of the N American continent, a compression. Thus, these two seismograph signatures, the Black Hills and Yakutsk, trade off.

Likewise, where the Aleutian Islands and Ethiopia appear to trade off. It is known that Hawaii rises after great quakes there, showing that the Pacific is not one large plate but is subdivided into smaller plates, boundaries unknown to man. There is thus resistance in the northern Pacific, not found in the southern Pacific which is arranged to simply subduct one plate under another, lifting the Indio/Australia plate during this process. In the northern Pacific, the plates in the main abut each other. As the globe turns releasing the compression pressure in the Pacific, the tugging on the stretch zone in Africa, the African Rift valley, picks up. Why would these plates not be under continuous stress? There are two reasons why a trade off or periodic stress signature shows up. One is that the Earth's surface is not without its own magnetic hot spots, the N Pole and S Pole being only two such spots, which can be grabbed by Planet X and held or tugged, creating stress in the plates. The second is that the magma itself surges in part due to magnetic influences, and rushing, bumps and bobbles under the plate.

N America Rip

Earthquake clouds are known to the ancients to indicate rock stress, a pending quake. Man is unsure just why this is the case, having various theories, none of which hold.

For years, considered a mystery to science with an unknown form of genesis, strange cloud formations have been thought to precede earthquakes. Even ancient Chinese and Italians were aware of unique clouds that gave sign preceding large earthquakes. Modern science of earthquake genesis, called 'brittle fracture theory', is sudden fracture of a fault. Yet these clouds form days before earthquakes.

The Zetas have stated that mankind only understands 1 out of 1,000 subatomic particles they are aware of, and ascribes Earthquake Clouds to electromagnetic particle bursts coming from the ground.

ZetaTalk Explanation 9/21/2004: It has been reported that radios pick up static in the vicinity of a pending quake, due to the pressure the rock is under creating particle flow bursts, electromagnetic in nature, thus static. Where normally clouds represent water vapor that is being blown about by wind, when over land where particle bursts are coming out of the ground this wind is not merely flowing over the land, but is affected by vertical bursts from the ground. In those cultures where common sense prevails, this is acknowledged to mean that pending quakes or certainly the likelihood of quakes as the ground is under pressure, exists.

There are indeed a number of clues pointing to static electricity released by rock under pressure.

Japanese scientists found that anomalous electromagnetic changes preceded several quakes and an undersea volcanic eruption that shook the central eastern coast of Japan in July 1989. On July 5, 1989 a magnitude 4.9 temblor struck off the coast of Ito, about 150 kilometers from the electrodes. Roughly six and again four hours before the quake, the monitoring system detected electro-magnetic bursts in the extremely-low-frequency and very-low-frequency ranges - between 1 and 9 kilohertz. Sporadic bursts also occurred hours before a magnitude 5.5 quake four days later, and again the day before an undersea volcanic eruption on July 13. Even larger pulses preceded a magnitude 6.5 quake last February.

Static on the radio, days before a quake, is another known earthquake predictor, perhaps related to the electromagnetic spikes. This from California, after the 7.1 Richter 1989 Loma Prieta quake that collapsed the double decker freeway in Oakland.

I can tell you my personal experience with this. I lived in the Santa Cruz mountains from 1988-1994 and before each local EQ the noise level on a standard AM radio would fequently drown out the local AM radio stations. This was extreme in the 10 days prior to Loma Prieta when no AM stations could be received on my car radio until I got over to San Jose each morning. In the Santa Cruz area you can predict every EQ just by listening to your AM radio between 530 Khz and 1mhz. However, there are things to beware of, like local radio noise sources or the computer next door.



Suddenly, these Earthquake Clouds are appearing on the N American continent! Not all incidences of Earthquake Clouds mean a large quake is pending, short notice. Note the report from Iran this past January, not followed by a large quake as yet. What do the Zetas have to say about these Earthquake Clouds over N America?

ZetaTalk Answer 5/19/2007: We cannot give any clue as to date, as we have explained numerous times. The rules we are forced to operate under prohibit this. Earthquake clouds that occurred days ago off the coast of Mexico/San Diego, and above Detroit where the St Lawrence Seaway hits land. The land is under extreme stress, and there are many indications of this.

Rogue High Tides

The Zetas predicted that high tides, unrelated to tsunami or storms, would be on the increase due to their predicted Earth wobble.

ZetaTalk Prediction 4/15/1999: Tides that are greater than expected, especially along the Pacific coastlines.

ZetaTalk Prediction 1/12/2000: We also predict, as we did last year, that there will be high tides. Not tsunamis, following earthquakes, but unusual high tides. We also predict that there will begin to be reports of whirlpools in the oceans that will startle those who have never seen such a thing in the oceans.

Recently, a submarine going incommunicado and high tides in Acapulco, both due to ocean sloshing, per the Zetas. And now, unexplained ocean swells in Indonesia. Note there was no explanation given for what was termed wind swell, as there were no storms in the area whatsoever! A check with the earthquake stats shows nothing unusual during this time period.

At least 4,000 residents of West Aceh district in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam province have been forced to flee their homes by tidal waves that have been hitting their coastal villages continuously over the past few days. Besides Aceh, tidal waves of up to seven meters high also struck the coastlines of other provinces in Indonesia such as North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Bengkulu, and Lampung on Sumatra island, West Java, Central Java, East Java, and Bali island.

Geophysics and Meteorology (BMG) officials said the tidal waves that happened in Java`s northern and southern coastal areas were triggered by the accumulation of wind swell from other areas.

ZetaTalk Answer 5/19/07: Are there cyclones in the area? Any large storms that would account for wind swell? None are reported in the articles! We predicted years ago that high tides unrelated to tsunami from quakes would be occurring, unrelated to any usual cause. This has recently happened in Acapulco, and now the Sumatra region. What is the cause? When no quakes, adjusting the area, or severe storms in the immediate area, can be pointed to, such high tides are caused by the Earth wobble and lurch, which Nancy and her friends have attempted to document for the past few months.

Red Dust in Russia

An excited email from Russia, where they recently had Orange Snow from the tail of Planet X.

Red dust at a Summer residence in Russia in bathing with water which stood for the past year! Water became red color, and on the edges there was a wet red dust! Also there was red dust in a city fountain directly at the bottom. I have collected the Red dust! The red dust has a specific smell! What experiments should I conduct?

Military Rebellion

Despite the military exercise currently ongoing in the Gulf, intended to intimidate Iran, things are not what they seem. The Zetas have consistently predicted that war with Iran would not occur, citing a military rebellion behind the scenes as the reason.

ZetaTalk Prediction 3/17/2006: The likely outcome is that the US will threaten and bluster, plant evidence against Iran that the US citizen and the world does not believe, rumble tanks and planes up to the border of Iran, and there the conflict stops. There will certainly be tense moments behind closed doors when the military is asked to take steps they refuse to take, confrontations that will not come out in the media until later, as leaks. Although this is in the hands of man and man has free will, and thus any predictions must be predicated on this, we predict that Bush will not succeed in invading or bombing Iran, though orders may be given to the military to do so.

The Zetas had stated that the nuclear football was taken from Bush in August of 2003, and thus the long faces at Crawford that vacation month.

ZetaTalk Statement 11/18/2004: The US Military has been a sham, publicly, since August, 2003 when the football, the briefcase of nuclear codes, was taken from Bush, deemed a highly unstable megalomaniac as the War in Iraq demonstrated. The Navy allied with Bush.

Thus it was that the head of NORTHCOM was replaced with an Admiral in 2005, for the first time in history. But this did not turn out as hoped.

ZetaTalk Statement 9/26/2005: We have mentioned that the US Military revolted against Bush during the vacation month of August 2003, removing the 'football' from his control, the nuclear codes, and relaying that he was no longer considered their Commander-in-Chief. All branches of the US Military except the Navy were so inclined, the Navy with their nuclear submarines and control of time keeping and observatories remaining loyal. Thus, we recently had an admiral assigned to NORTHCOM, the military arm of Homeland Security for defense of the entire North American Continent. We have also mentioned that recently the Navy was signaling a switch, the military altogether in revolt against the Bush cabal. Bush was not invited to go to NORTHCOM for the exercises during the busy weekend when Rita was slamming the coast and VP Cheney was in surgery, he was taken there, under arrest. The unmistakable change in his visage after being released a clue to what occurred. Scared, unable to smile. Wearing the same shirt for days, even when appearing in public. Cowed, brought to heel. What happened at NORTHCOM? If the US Military was in revolt, except for the Navy, find a way around the top brass, coming in the side door via NORTHCOM and Homeland Security. This all assumes that NORTHCOM and the Navy continue to be willing to follow the dictates of Homeland Security. Oops. They have some bad news for Bush and company. They joined the revolt. What now?

And thus it was that the head of CENTCOM, an appointment in January, 2007, was also an Admiral. But once again this appointment did not go as expected. One clue is that the current exercises in the Gulf include only 2 strike groups, not the 3 Bush had ordered.

Admiral William Fallon, then President George W. Bush's nominee to head the Central Command (CENTCOM), expressed strong opposition in February to an administration plan to increase the number of carrier strike groups in the Persian Gulf from two to three and vowed privately there would be no war against Iran as long as he was chief of CENTCOM, according to sources with access to his thinking. Fallon's resistance to the proposed deployment of a third aircraft carrier was followed by a shift in the Bush administration's Iran policy in February and March away from increased military threats and toward diplomatic engagement with Iran. That shift, for which no credible explanation has been offered by administration officials, suggests that Fallon's resistance to a crucial deployment was a major factor in the intra-administration struggle over policy toward Iran.

Over a year has gone by since the Zetas predicted that a Bush ordered war with Iran would not occur, and despite all the sabre rattling this has not occurred. And what about evidence supporting the Zeta claim of a rebellion within the Military? This too, has recently emerged in print.

Appearing on NBC's Chris Matthews Show this morning, Atlanta Journal-Constitution columnist Cynthia Tucker revealed that sources within the military are warning of "a revolt from active-duty generals if September rolls around and the president is sticking with the surge into 08. Noting that retired generals such as Gen. John Batiste have already begun voicing their discontent with the president's strategy in Iraq.

How extensive is this rebellion? More extensive than presumed, per the Zetas!

ZetaTalk Answer 5/19/2007: There are more high level officers in rebellion against the Bush Administration than against. There has been more than one public announcement of rebellion, and the Bush Administration crawling to Iran for 'talks'. It is not often our words are proven out this cleanly, but this is one such case.
