South Africa Mine

South Africa is considered to be on solid rock, and not noted for mining accidents. But South Africa hit the news when thousands of miners were suddenly trapped up to two miles below the surface.

About 3,200 miners were trapped Wednesday when an air pipe snapped and tumbled down a shaft, apparently causing extensive damage to steel work and an elevator. Most were stranded a mile underground and had to be brought to the surface in a second, smaller cage in another shaft. About 340 were even further down the shaft, which has a total depth of nearly two miles. The miners were trapped when a hydraulic pressure pipe blew out. The pipe fell and probably caused extensive damage to the steel work and electrical cables in the shaft. The mine had won a number of safety awards and had never witnessed any fatal accidents.

Did the Earth move, even in rock solid South Africa, causing this pipe to snap? The Zetas explain.

ZetaTalk Explanation 10/6/2007: A South African mine in the news, and when was the last time such a thing occurred? This is a new instance, in a part of the world not typically suffering mining accidents, and in a mine noted for its safety awards. Earth changes, the fact that the Earth moved, will not hit the press as a possible explanation as to suggest this is to open the door for all manner of speculation among the public. Africa is a very solid continent with very few fault lines outside of the Rift Valley. But even solid rock adjusts under continuous stress. Africa is rolling its top toward India as the Atlantic widens. This is, of course, what causes the Rift Valley and the Red Sea to open, and what causes the Arabian Plate to turn in a clockwise manner. South Africa finds it has stability in the rock to the northwest, but increasing weakness in the rock toward the northeast. Such an uneven balance causes rock layers to slide, on occasion, snapping plumbing.

A four-lane road buckled Wednesday and sank slowly in a hilly upscale neighborhood, threatening several homes. Gas and power supplies were shut off. The sinkhole in the La Jolla neighborhood of million-dollar homes cut in a cone shape and was about 50 yards long. Street cracking began on Soledad Mountain Road in July and escalated in August, along with breaks in water and gas lines.

Landslides usually occur after heavy rains, as occurred in 2005 for this area.

Throughout San Diego County, at least 16 homes, including nine in La Jolla, have been red-tagged as uninhabitable in the aftermath of landslides precipitated by rain-soaked terrain.

In addition, other areas nearby are experiencing shifting Earth. A water pipe burst in Long Beach, on the same day that the La Jolla slide occurred. Note that the volcano eruption in the Red Sea off the coast of Yemen occurred on October 1. Then the landslide in La Jolla on October 3. Then the mine accident in South Africa on October 4. The whole world seems to be experiencing Earth movement, at once!

In Long Beach a water pipe burst. I live in Long Beach and I know the earth has been shifting for a while. The walkways and streets are cracking and my old apartment is getting wider cracks in the walls. Since cities don't always keep up with the maintenance I can understand old pipes, but the cracks in the walkways, streets and my apartment walls tell me there is something shifting underneath.

A section of Delta Avenue near Willow Street was closed on Wednesday due to an 8-inch rupture in a water main. Water began flooding the area of West Willow Street and Delta Avenue, which is both residential and commercial, shortly after midnight. The break caused water to flood the streets up to the curb line.

ZetaTalk Explanation 10/6/2007: We have repeatedly warned that the US southwest was going to undergo a bowing stress, a situation that would last until the N American continent adjusted by a diagonal rip along the extended New Madrid Fault line, which includes fracturing from New England through the Midwest and down into Mexico. Until that adjustment occurs, Mexico is tugged to the west, causing a bow to form along the West Coast. The bow causes compression at its center, at the San Andreas Fault line near San Diego, and expansion inland. This bow is what caused the Utah mine collapse, as we explained at the time. Indirectly, this bow is what caused the Minneapolis bridge collapse, as it forces the St. Lawrence Seaway to open, causing adjustments all the way to the Black Hills of S. Dakota.

San Diego is lowlands, as the nearby presence of the Salton Sea shows. This area will compress more than land to the north, as the rock is now less thick as it has proved to be pliable in the past, and distended. San Diego is thus due for a grinding action, a tumbling action, as the bow comes under increasing stress. When the New Madrid Fault line adjusts, the stress on this bow will relax but another nightmare will emerge - new adjustments along the San Andreas Fault line. Now the western half of the N American continent is free to jut to the west, at a diagonal, so slip-slide all along the San Andreas Fault line will occur for some time. We have mentioned that a rip will occur from San Diego up through Mammoth Lake of California and on up toward Yellowstone at some point. As one can see from a topographical map, there is a rift along this path, where ripping has occurred before. This too is awaiting the San Diego area, which will by that time be an almost unlivable area.

Between October 15-20, 2007 the US will conduct its fourth TOPOFF exercise, designed to practice coordinated defenses against various terrorist attacks.

TOPOFF 1 took place in May of 2000 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and Denver, Colorado and exercised a chemical and biological attack respectively. In May of 2003, the State of Illinois and State of Washington participated in TOPOFF 2 again exercising a biological attack as well as a radiological attack. The U.S. Department of State coordinated Canada's, limited but integrated participation. And finally, TOPOFF 3 took place in April 2005 with the numbers of partners and participants growing to more than 15,000. The State of Connecticut exercised a chemical attack and the State of New Jersey exercised a biological attack. The US Department of State again coordinated international partners including involvement from Canada, the United Kingdom, as well as a number of U.S. embassies.

TOPOFF exercises involve multiple US agencies and sometimes multiple countries such as the UK and Canada. They simulate attacks such as biological, chemical or dirty bomb attacks. This year the island of Guam and the cities of Portland, Oregon and Phoenix, Arizona will be the simulated attack sites and dirty bombs are going to be featured.

The United States will test this month its preparedness for a large scale terrorist attack with a dirty bomb. TOPOFF 4 (Top Official 4), as the exercise is called, will be held between October 15-20. The test will be a massive simulated attack and involve setting off fake "dirty bombs" combined with conventional explosives and radioactive material in three locations: Oregon in the northwest, Arizona in the southwest and the US Pacific island territory of Guam.

These exercises are pervasive and often massive, involving state and local agencies as well as federal agencies.

The TOPOFF4 exercise would be bigger than last year's Valiant Shield war games, in which the US mobilized 30 ships, 280 aircraft and 22,000 military personnel. The exercise is expected to center around a maritime terrorist attack.

9/11 occurred when a similar exercise was being done involving the FAA and Air Force defense, ostensibly to guard against a scenario similar to what occurred on 9/11. The exercises created confusion, as those involved in the exercises did not know if the attack on World Trade Center Towers 1 and 2 were REAL or part of the exercise.

It is clear that at least five if not six training exercises were in operation in the days leading up to and on the morning of 9/11. This meant that NORAD radar screens showed as many as 22 hijacked airliners at the same time. NORAD had been briefed that this was part of the exercise drill and therefore normal reactive procedure was forestalled and delayed. What were the drills called and what was their nature?

Many people are nervous about the planned TOPOFF 4 exercises. Might a dirty bomb be planted, for real, during such a diversion?

ZetaTalk Prediction 10/13/2007: For those who worry that the TOPOFF exercises will give those in the US government desirous of martial law an excuse to declare martial law by using the TOPOFF exercises as a cover for a real terror attack should look over their shoulders at the past TOPOFF exercises. Did a real bioterrorism or chemical attack occur in 2000 or 2003 or 2005? None did. It is true that the NORAD exercises taking place on 9/11 created confusion that the real attackers used to their advantage. But there is a significant difference between then and now. After 9/11 the Council of Worlds granted an exception to the Rule of Non-Interference in man's affairs, allowing ourselves and other aliens in the Service-to-Other to prevent the Bush White House from creating a false terror attack within the US. This has been tried hundreds of times, particularly out of Dick Cheney's office, and failed. We mentioned these attempts in the past, predicting that they would continue to fail as they are being blocked. Thus, we predict that TOPOFF 4 will be another uneventful exercise.

Craig Venter, the controversial DNA researcher involved in the race to decipher the human genetic code, has built a synthetic chromosome out of laboratory chemicals and is poised to announce the creation of the first new artificial life form on Earth. A team of 20 top scientists assembled by Mr Venter, led by the Nobel laureate Hamilton Smith, has already constructed a synthetic chromosome, a feat of virtuoso bio-engineering never previously achieved. Using lab-made chemicals, they have painstakingly stitched together a chromosome that is 381 genes long and contains 580,000 base pairs of genetic code. It is then transplanted into a living bacterial cell and in the final stage of the process it is expected to take control of the cell and in effect become a new life form. The new life form will depend for its ability to replicate itself and metabolise on the molecular machinery of the cell into which it has been injected.

But is this all that it seems? Not so, say the Zetas, who explain.

ZetaTalk Explanation 10/6/1007: If, while trying to decipher the mysteries of the internal combustion engine, one strips it down to a piston, does one have the makings of a better engine? One has reduced it to a part, which is useless for combustion and by itself gives no hint as to the other parts of the engine such as the distributor and the spark plugs, and cannot operate by itself to create compression, and does not have the ability to convert the motion of the piston to a transmission line. But the fool who has extracted the piston congratulates himself and announces he has created a new engine. DNA is more than long chemical strings that can replicate themselves in a chemical bath. DNA has depth, genes that can express under different circumstances to allow the DNA to not only replicate but survive. DNA has survived the test of time, due to this ability. The manufactured chemical strings have no such resilience, and will degrade and crumble at the first instance of a challenge. Put the champagne back into the bottle and cork it up, you're celebrating too soon. Man is not intended to have enough intelligence to create life, and braggart though he may be, he will only fail.
