This past week Admiral William Fallon resigned from his post as head of Central Command, a field of operation that includes Iraq and Iran.

Fallon's Exit Provokes Concern on Bush's Iran Policy

Admiral William Fallon's resignation as U.S. commander in the Middle East provoked criticism that President George W. Bush won't tolerate dissent and fed speculation his Iran policy could become more confrontational. Defense Secretary Robert Gates announced that Fallon, 63, was resigning over perceived differences on Iran policy with the Bush administration. Fallon will retire from the Navy at the end of March. Fallon's resignation came after publication of an article in Esquire magazine, written by Thomas P.M. Barnett, a former professor at the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island, that portrayed the admiral as the bulwark opposing a U.S. offensive against Iran. "If, in the dying light of the Bush administration, we go to war with Iran, it'll come down to one man," Barnett wrote. "If we do not go to war with Iran, it'll come down to the same man. He is that rarest of creatures in the Bush universe: the good cop on Iran, and a man of strategic brilliance."

Admiral Fallon has been described by the Zetas as a "sleeper cell" among those blocking the Bush administration from achieving its goals of a complete takeover of the oil fields in the Middle East. Specifically, Admiral Fallon was blocking war with Iran. He had been on record as stating that war with Iran would not happen on his watch.

ZetaTalk Perspective 12/22/2007: We stated when the National Intelligence Estimate about Iran came forth that the contingent that is blocking Bush and Cheney wanted to prevent Bush and Cheney from taking advantage of any sudden crisis in the US that would cause the contingent to falter, creating an opportunity to push through their orders to bomb or invade Iran. We called those individuals that published or leaked the NIE report a "sleeper cell", and hinted that there were many. Admiral William Fallon being another example, as Bush had no idea of his opinions on Iran when he nominated Fallon for his post.

Admiral Fallon, working in concert with other "sleeper cells" blocking bush, did not hesitate to use public exposure of the Bush/Cheney plans to thwart their press for war with Iran. For instance, the leak of the National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) on Iran, which stated that the CIA had concluded as far back as 2003 that Iran did not pose a nuclear threat.

A new National Intelligence Estimate released on Monday indicates that 16 US intelligence agencies have concluded with a high level of confidence that Iran has not had an active nuclear weapons program since 2003 and that even if it resumed weapons development, it would be unlikely to obtain a nuclear bomb in less than 5 to 10 years. The NIE apparently came as a surprise to President Bush. The White House deliberately kept the NIE bottled up for over a year because the vice president was dissatisfied with its conclusions.

Per the Zetas, Admiral Fallon had hidden his anti-war views from Bush until after he was nominated and confirmed for his post as head of the Central Command. The Zetas state that the contingent blocking Bush/Cheney is broad and wide, including members of the FBI, the Judiciary, other federal agencies, and Congress as well as the US military.

ZetaTalk Overview 12/8/2007: We have repeatedly stated that taking control of the Iranian oil fields was part of the plan from the start of the Bush takeover of the Executive Branch of the US government. The plan was to acquire Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, then push up into the Russian oil fields via Afghanistan, then finally a takeover by coup of Venezuela. This was so that the Bush clan and their cronies could control the majority of known oil resources in the world, becoming kings of the world in the time after the pole shift. The adamant insistence by Bush that Iran was a threat, accompanied by beating the drums of war, was based on this plan. Given the control the Bush White House exerted over the intelligence community, ala putting out false reports in the run-up to the War in Iraq, it was assumed by Bush and Cheney that such false reports against Iran could also be sustained. What went wrong?

We have spoken of a contingent in the federal government that has been concerned since the start of the Bush takeover by voter fraud in 2000 about a loss of democracy in the US. This includes members of Congress, the Judiciary, the FBI, the US military, and members of all the federal agencies. Many quit in disgust, but most remained in place, doing whatever was required to retain their jobs, and biding their time. One might call them "patriot sleeper cells". Admiral William Fallon, for instance, who was nominated by Bush to head CENTCOM, has flatly made the statement that an invasion or bombing of Iran would not happen during his watch. His views were not known by Bush prior to his nomination. It is the increasing Earth changes, the wobble causing high tides and pulling apart oil pipelines, that has this contingent worried that they need to act sooner rather than later to prevent Bush from taking advantage of panic and confusion. One of the sleeper cells within the intelligence community decided to act, to strongly counter the Bush claim that Iran was a danger.

But a "patriot sleeper cell" exposed is a vulnerable "sleeper cell", and Admiral Fallon's time, apparently, had come. Seeing the handwriting on the wall, Esquire Magazine exposed the Bush administration plans, propelling the issue into the major media in an explosion of discussion. The death of a patriot, after all, should be accompanied by a wake trumpeting the truth.

How does Fallon get away with so brazenly challenging his commander in chief?
The answer is that he might not get away with it for much longer. President Bush is not accustomed to a subordinate who speaks his mind as freely as Fallon does, and the president may have had enough. Just as Fallon took over Centcom last spring, the White House was putting itself on a war footing with Iran. Almost instantly, Fallon began to calmly push back against what he saw as an ill-advised action. Over the course of 2007, Fallon's statements in the press grew increasingly dismissive of the possibility of war, creating serious friction with the White House. Last December, when the National Intelligence Estimate downgraded the immediate nuclear threat from Iran, it seemed as if Fallon's caution was justified. But still, well-placed observers now say that it will come as no surprise if Fallon is relieved of his command before his time is up next spring, maybe as early as this summer, in favor of a commander the White House considers to be more pliable. If that were to happen, it may well mean that the president and vice-president intend to take military action against Iran before the end of this year and don't want a commander standing in their way.

Bushwhacked Bush

Now what? Does this mean war with Iran is next? Enter the third Bush clone. In the October 28, 2007 newsletter we presented evidence that George W. Bush was not one man but three - identical zygote multiples raised to come into power at this time, the time of the pole shift. Bush 1 had a nose that skewed to his left, due to his nose having been broken in the past, and was clearly a party animal. He was the dominant clone in the White House during the early years of the George W. Bush presidency. Bush 2 was a worry wort - requiring tranquilizers, having a nervous colon, and hitting the bottle. The faces of Bush 1 qand Bush 2 were so dramatically different that there was buzz on the internet when Bush 2 stepped in to take over after the 2004 elections. Had the president had a nose job?



The Zetas had earlier stated that George W. Bush was one of several clones, a matter we detailed in the September 30, 2007 newsletter.

ZetaTalk Explanation 9/29/2007: There were 3 living clones who could act as President in 2000, but the one acting as the public face during the early years of the presidency was so damaged by cocaine and booze that he was considered out of control, and is secreted away, imprisoned, in case they need a body in which case he would be killed. Another clone was approached by the Puppet Master's agents and agreed to work with him. He is in Europe and could be substituted for the clone acting as the US President at any time. We came forth with this information at the present time as such an occurrence might happen, in our opinion, due to the collapse of the current clone acting as President in the public view. The clone working with the Puppet Master is, strictly speaking, not Service-to-Self, and would take orders from other than the crowd that took the White House by fraud in 2000 and 2004. Don't be shocked if a sudden change occurs!

Is the threat of termination of Admiral Fallon by the Bush administration enough reason to muster forth Bush 3? The Puppet Master, the secretive head of the House of Rothchild, is not interested in more disasters in the Middle East and has been thwarting the Bush administration since their theft of the 2004 election, when he wanted Kerry to win. Per the Zetas, Bush 3 is closely allied with the Puppet Master and is a more reasonable individual all around.

ZetaTalk Switch Description 10/13/2007: The Bush 3 clone is indistinguishable from the one currently in the White House. Any haircut or tan or scratch can be replicated in the clone residing with the Puppet Master, and this is done steadily so a replacement could occur at any moment if need be. We are in communication with the Puppet Master, and Nancy acts as interpreter on occasion. We, the Service-to-Other Zetas, have teleporting abilities whereby someone can just suddenly appear in a room. We would not be telling you this if the Council of Worlds had not allowed an exception to the Rule of Non-Interference in the affairs of man. If it is deemed better for mankind to have a clone switch, instead of a breakdown in the current clone in the White House with a sudden need to assassinate Cheney, then the switch would be made.

Albeit, as a type of "sleeper cell" he would need to keep up appearances so the public and his administration would not suspect a switch if such a switch was necessary. Was such a switch recently made? On the threat of Admiral Fallon's termination with a resulting escalation toward war with Iran, the switch was made. This was noted by many.

I saw "Bush on the economy" on CNN. Before even watching it I noticed he looked a lot different, shoulders a lot more broad. Also during the speech he licks his thumb to turn the page which Bush never does. His attitude is also different, looks like he was finally replaced?

I watched this video and noted other differences. Bush 3 was serious throughout, and this has continued to be his persona during press conferences or announcements since the date of the switch. His face was unmistakably thinner, and he did not slur his words as Bush 2 had done. The sarcastic laugh, where Bush 2 would stretch his arms out toward the audience and chuckle - as though to say "don't you get it?" - was also missing. Someone mentioned that Bush 3 even seemed to have a "European accent". Does the switch show up in photos, before and after? Without a doubt. From the archives of DayLife, compare the photos from February, 2008 when Bush 2 was out and about to those taken in March, 2008 after the switch date. Bush 2 (bottom) - the wrinkled worry wort. Switch Timing

The Zetas were asked, and confirmed the switch was done just prior to Admiral Fallon's announced resignation.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 3/8/2008: The timing of this observation on the public Bush demeanor is relevant. Just days ago it was in the press that Bush was threatening to fire Admiral Fallon, because he was not cooperating on Iran. This was taken as a sign that the Bush in the White House was going to use the bully pulpit, the press, to force his way. Once such a planned move by Bush 2 had been announced, it becomes more difficult to block him, to prevent further steps in that direction. Fallon was considered a necessary block to the desperate attempts Bush 2 and Cheney have been making to force a confrontation with Iran. The switch was made, though no one in the White House was the wiser, although Laura will suspect. It was done by teleporting personnel in and out, with our assistance. The former public Bush will not seem to change all that much, so the public does not suspect. Thus, Bush 3 will be seemingly as dumb and incompetent as before.

Wait a minute! If the switch had already been made, then why did Fallon have to resign? Per the Zetas, this was his choice, as he was fully aware that other patriots were in the wings to pick up where he left off. And there was a benefit to his resigning at the same time the Esquire article was scheduled to hit the press.

ZetaTalk Explanation 3/15/2008: The Bush clone switch occurred because of the threat that Admiral Fallon would be dismissed, removed abruptly, and a hard press to proceed with war plans against Iran on the heels of such a dismissal. Admiral Fallon was unaware of the Bush switch, but had conferred with others in the contingent blocking Bush and Cheney and concluded that his absence would not remove the other blocks in place. Admiral Fallon was aware that Esquire planned to publish an extensive article about him and his perceived role in blocking the Bush White House war plans. In conference with others in the contingent blocking Bush, Admiral Fallon concluded that they could take advantage of an opportunity to get the issue into the major media in a way that had not previously occurred. This certainly was the case, with his resignation and the simultaneous Esquire article hitting the press. Thus, the article was more widely read, and quoted, than would have been the case.
