Remember when Europe, especially Britain, was in a furor over Mad Cow disease in their cattle?

Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE), commonly known as Mad-Cow Disease (MCD), is a fatal, neurodegenerative disease in cattle, that causes a spongy degeneration in the brain and spinal cord and also causes red eyes. BSE has a long incubation period, about 4 years, usually affecting adult cattle at a peak age onset of four to five years, all breeds being equally susceptible. In the United Kingdom, the country worst affected, more than 179,000 cattle have been infected and 4.4 million slaughtered during the eradication programme. It is believed by most scientists that the disease may be transmitted to human beings who eat the brain or spinal cord of infected carcasses. In humans, it is known as new variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (vCJD or nvCJD), and by April 2008, it had killed 163 people in Britain, and 37 elsewhere with the number expected to rise because of the disease's long incubation period. Between 460,000 and 482,000 BSE-infected animals had entered the human food chain before controls on high-risk offal were introduced in 1989.

The US, which exports beef to Japan and Korea and certainly supplies beef for steak and hamburgers within the US has been concerned that they, the US, not be considered a country with infected herds. The numbers reported are small, say the CDC.

There have been 3 cases of BSE identified in the United States. The following information provides descriptions of these three cases:
- The first known case of BSE in the United States was identified in December 2003. On December 23, 2003, the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced a presumptive diagnosis of BSE in an adult Holstein cow from Washington State.
- On June 24, 2005, the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced a cow from Texas that represented the first endemic case of BSE in the United States.
- On March 13, 2006, the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced the confirmation of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) in a cow in Alabama.

The US blamed Canada because the first incidence of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) in the US was found in a cow imported from Canada.



But is the US really checking effectively for Mad Cow disease within the US or is it looking the other way? Recently, two more incidences of the human form of Mad Cow disease - variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease - were suspected in the deaths of two women in Virginia and Massachusetts. However, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) claimed that the Virginia death was not variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease.

The illness and Wednesday death of a Portsmouth woman spurred a Virginia Department of Health investigation. The woman suffered from encephalopathy, a degenerative brain disease. Her illness has been linked in news reports to variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease - the human form of mad cow disease. It's a very rare condition related to the consumption of beef infected with bovine spongiform encephalopathy. It's always fatal, the health department said in a news release.

 

Cape Cod, Massachusetts May Have Case of Mad Cow

Boston television stations tonight are reporting that a Cape Cod hospital is testing a patient for Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, the human form of Mad Cow disease. Dr. Alfred DeMaria, the Massachusetts director of communicable disease control, said the tests are being done to see if the patient has Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, and whether it's the variant attributed to mad cow. There have only been three cases of the human form of mad cow disease reported in the United States in the last several years. They also said there was no cause for concern and that the illness was not contagious.

Could there be a cover-up? The US refuses to test all its cattle, and even punishes slaughterhouses that insist on testing all cattle. Slaughterhouses in California have been busted for prodding downer cattle with cattle prods to force them to their feet on their way to slaughter. Staggering and an inability to stand is a sign of infection with Mad Cow disease. Why would such extensive testing, done voluntarily by slaughterhouses, be punished? What is the US hiding?

The USDA's decision to test only downer cows constitute less than 2 percent of the animals slaughtered each year in the U.S. By contrast, Japan and England test all slaughtered meat for BSE, and most European nations test cattle 24 months and older before they are slaughtered. Compounding USDA's lax practices has been its refusal to allow beef processors to independently test cattle for mad cow disease. In 2004, Creekstone Farms, a Kansas processor of black Angus beef with a large Japanese clientele, asked for permission to test its 300,000 cattle for BSE using a $500,000 testing site it had built to USDA specifications. But the agency ruled that the BSE test was licensed only for "surveillance" of animal health, and rejected Creekstone's request because it implied "a consumer safety aspect" that was "not scientifically warranted."

ZetaTalk Explanation 7/19/2008: The USA has Mad Cow Disease, a point of fact, and the Bush administration knows this. They are leaning on other countries to take US beef, but are not having much success. The Bush administration even punishes those slaughterhouses that want to test all beef, because they know what will be found. The uptick in Alzheimer's is occurring quite outside of any incidence of Mad Cow Disease in humans, though the cause of death is not allowed to be listed as Mad Cow Disease. Few autopsies are done on those dying of senility, as the cause of death is obvious. Those fearful of eating beef might consider switching to poultry and fish, which are more efficient for the Aftertime in any case. Better yet, practice eating bugs!

2012 Crop Circle

On July 15, 2008 a crop circle that seemingly indicated the December 21, 2012 date which is presumed to be the end date for the Mayan calendar appeared at Avebury Manor in the UK.

At Avebury Manor on July 15, 2008, all nine planets appear there precisely as they will be located in space four and one-half years from now on December 23, 2012, (sic) with one exception.

The "one exception" is Pluto and Pluto's orbit, which is too far to the right to be correct for December 2012. Pluto's orbit is also shown correctly, not a perfect circle and crossing over Neptune's orbit, however all other orbits are shown as exact circles and at exacting distances from each other. This "exception" can be clearly shown when checked against the expected planetary alignment at the Fourmilab website. Pluto's orbit which crosses Neptune's orbit is the one thing that is precise about the crop circle, and it definitely does not align with the other planets depicted. Something is wrong, but what?

ZetaTalk Explanation 7/19/2008: Those who say that this represents the precise location of the planets at the presumed December 21, 2012 Mayan calendar end date must explain Pluto. The planets line up in their artificially symetrical and perfectly spaced orbits except for Pluto. If there were to be consistency in this diagram, then why not make Pluto's orbit a perfect circle too? It is illogical for all other orbits to be a set space apart and a perfect circle, but for the circle makers to insist that Pluto's orbit be appropriately lopsided and cross over into Neptune's orbit. If you were a circle maker and wished to relay the message that the determination for the end of the Mayan calendar was wrong, how would you go about it?

This circle clearly states that there is "something wrong" with the December 21, 2012 date assumption. The Sun was laid with a clockwise swirl, contrary to its actual rotation direction. This is saying "push back in time", that the date of the pole shift will come before December 21, 2012, a point we have been consistently making.

Do humans get some help in decoding crop circles? This 2012 message seems clear, but most designs are very abstract, and could be interpreted hundreds of different ways. Per the Zetas, telepathic messages on how to interpret crop circles are disseminated by the circle makers, to assist humans who are curious about their meaning.

ZetaTalk Insight 7/19/2008: There is more than just chance in the interpretation of crop circles. The symbolism could be taken in so many different ways, particularly by different cultures. We have mentioned that giving the Call is sensed via telepathy, as we have our "antenna" out constantly, so to speak, and sense when a human is curious or requesting counsel. Likewise, the circle makers have their "antenna" out and attuned to those who are viewing their designs, and curious about their designs. Communicating the meaning of the designs does not require a face-to-face visit. It can involve a telepathic communication at a distance, or a soul-to-soul visitation. Thus, humans are being told what they mean, and registering this in their subconscious.

On March 31, 2008 the House held a secret closed door meeting, presumably to talk about the upcoming FISA vote.

The House on Friday approved a Democratic bill that would set rules for the government's eavesdropping on phone calls and e-mails inside the United States. The vote came after House Republicans forced a rare, late-night secret session of Congress on Thursday to discuss the bill. It was the first such session of the House in a quarter century; the last one was in 1983, on U.S. support for paramilitary operations in Nicaragua. Only five closed sessions have occurred in the House since 1825.

After this meeting there was a purported leak of what was actually discussed during the meeting - the possibility of martial law within the US over an economic crash caused by the dropping dollar, and the imposition of the Amero as a replacement dollar.

As America Collapses US Government Secret Plans Revealed

On March 13th 2008 there was a secret closed door meeting of The United States House Of Representatives in Washington. During the last 182 years in the history of The United States, this is only the sixth time a secret meeting has been held by The House. Even though Representatives are sworn to secrecy by House Rules XVII, some of the members were so shocked, horrified, furious, and concerned about the future of America by what was revealed to them inside the secret meeting, that they have started to leak this secret information to independent news agencies around the world. The mass media said almost nothing about the secret meeting of the House, mentioning only one of the items being discussed. (The new surveillance techniques that are going to be used by the U.S. Government to watch all American citizens). The story was first released in a newspaper out of Brisbane, Australia revealing the contents of the secret U.S. Government meeting and plans for America including all of it's citizens. Here is what was revealed:

* The imminent collapse of the U.S. Economy to occur sometime in late 2008
* The imminent collapse of the U.S. Government finances sometime in mid 2009
* The possibility of Civil War inside the United States as a result of the collapse
* The advance round-ups of "insurgent U.S. Citizens" likely to move against the government
* The detention of those rounded up at The REX 84 Camps constructed throughout the United States
* The possibility of public retaliation against members of Congress for the collapses
* The location of safe facilities for members of Congress and their families to reside during massive civil unrest
* The necessary and unavoidable merger of The U.S. with Canada and Mexico establishing The North American Union
* The issuance of a new currency called the AMERO for all three nations as an economic solution.

Are these rumors true? Just what was discussed during the March 31, 2008 closed door session of the House?

ZetaTalk Answer 7/26/2008: We have often alluded to the fact that some members of Congress - along with some members of the Judiciary, FBI, and the US military - are operating as a block to keep the Bush administration from declaring martial law or creating false terrorism incidents whereby they could declare martial law within the US. Examples are the attempt to steal nukes from Minot Air Force Base so as to create an incident to be blamed on terrorists, and the attempt to use the Emergency Action Network to declare martial law directly from the White House. Not all members of Congress are aware of the actions of the group blocking the White House, and those not fully aware become alarmed when they hear of plans to force the US into a martial law situation, declaring Bush to be president for life and setting aside the forthcoming presidential elections.

Where this closed door session was officially declared to discuss the FISA situation, much more was discussed. The items on the list included those issues that members of the House had heard as rumors and wanted discussed. Obviously, they were reassured that martial law would not be allowed to be declared, without specifics being revealed as to how this was being blocked. Action in Congress is being taken to prevent an economic collapse, such as the pending housing bill and supporting the banking system. And where the Bush administration has indeed arranged for internment camps to be constructed and the Amero to be printed, neither of these is expected to be put into operation. Thus, these matters were not denied, but reassurance was given by Pelosi and others in leadership positions.

As confirmation that issues such as a global economic collapse or potential cataclysms such as the Zetas have described during the coming pole shift are on the minds of House members, Ron Paul was reported to have made the following statement.

Thursday, July 17, 2008 Texas Congressman Ron Paul has warned the House that he is "convinced the time is now upon us that some Big Events are about to occur." that will cause liberty to go "into deep hibernation". Paul told the House: "These fast-approaching events will not go unnoticed. They will affect all of us. They will not be limited to just some areas of our country. The world economy and political system will share in the chaos about to be unleashed. There are reasons to believe this coming crisis is different and bigger than the world has ever experienced. Instead of using globalism in a positive fashion, it's been used to globalize all of the mistakes of the politicians, bureaucrats and central bankers."
