What does little Caylee's apparent murder and her mother's behavior say about the times, and in particular about the coming times when the world will be thrown into turmoil by sudden Earth changes and devastated lives. Even during the best of times, the unending responsibility of caring for little children or aged parents or family members with afflictions can cause mixed emotions. When the responsible adult is a sociopath, incarnated with a highly Service-to-Self soul so that only a façade of caring for others is maintained, it does not take much to cause them to cast aside their responsibilities.

The mother of missing Florida toddler Caylee Anthony was arrested Tuesday in a traffic stop, shortly after a grand jury indicted her on seven counts, including capital murder, for the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter. After the indictment, undercover officers followed Anthony as she traveled in her mother's SUV. The officers saw the SUV stop under a highway overpass, at which point Anthony got into another vehicle and drove off. Prosecutors are asking Anthony be held without bond. Casey Anthony behaved like a carefree party girl, going to nightclubs, entering "hot-body" contests and incessantly sending text messages to her friends while her daughter was missing, according to cell phone and text transcripts and investigative reports released by police. Copies of her phone and text records obtained by police and released to the public show she hardly ever mentioned her missing daughter during the time just before and after the child was reported missing. The young mother referred to Caylee as "the little snot head" in May, about a month before the child disappeared. Authorities said that in the car Anthony drove, they found traces of chloroform, which can cause loss of consciousness.

What fascinated the media and kept this case constantly in its focus were the contradictions. The weeping mother apparently distraught about her adorable missing toddler. The obvious affection the grandparents had for Caylee, a backyard and bedroom filled with toys for those occasions when she would visit. When there were clues that the mother, Casey, was only feigning grief - she was partying and writing bad checks - this stood in contradiction to the families concern. This was a middle class family who apparently adored Caylee, had no financial problems, and without a police record of violence or neglect. Surely some outsider had committed the crime. Surely Caylee had been kidnapped, being as adorable as she was, and the mother onto some sort of lead, fearful that alerting the police would cause the lead to evaporate. Confusion abounded. But there were those clues.

A law enforcement source confirmed to ABC News last week that air sample tests taken from the car trunk of her mother, Casey Anthony, allegedly revealed evidence of human decomposition. Casey has given the police changing and inaccurate information about the case, according to investigators. Police last month said hairs the same length and color as Caylee's were found in the trunk of the car, and Casey Anthony's mother, Cindy Anthony, said in a 911 call that the car smelled like there had been a dead body in it.

Aug. 26: Hundreds of documents are released in the investigation into Caylee's disappearance. The documents reveal Cindy Anthony called her daughter, Casey, a sociopath and a "mooch." The documents also say Casey wanted to give Caylee up for adoption, according to a friend of Casey's, but Cindy would not let her. July 12: After they had not seen Caylee for some time, the girl's grandparents got concerned and confronted Casey, convincing her to go to the sheriff's office.

Why did Caylee end up dead in the trunk of her mother's car? And why was the mother so casual about it all, not even bothering to make up a story until confronted with the child's disappearance? Per the Zetas, Casey Antony exected society to treat her as her gullible and supportive parents had always treated her.

ZetaTalk Analysis 10/18/2008: We have often described those in the Service-to-Self as chameleons, able to appear as pleasant or charming individuals when it served their purpose. If the family setting is one where loving support is offered to an apparently struggling child, the child incarnated with a Service-to-Self soul will take this easy route. Is help with homework needed because the child is struggling or because the child doesn't want to be burdened? Were the chores skipped because a playmate distracted the child or because the child didn't want to be bothered? When the family setting lets the child off the hook, repeatedly, the child learns to anticipate that society can be played in this way. The case of Casey Anthony - where the mother was obviously trying to play her family, the media, and law enforcement - is a case in point.

Caylee had become a burden to the mother, and had reached an age when she could report on her mother's crimes. The mother was regularly engaged in petty theft - check forgery and shop lifting - simply taking what she wanted. She wanted to party, incessantly. A baby Caylee would not report to grandparents that she had been dropped off with strangers so the mother could party, but Caylee as a toddler of 3 would have all the details and relay them. Casey had already tried to put Caylee up for adoption, and met resistance from her parents. She could have insisted that this be done, even at this late date, but Casey's parents were her primary support network, endlessly gullible and endlessly supportive. Thus, Casey determined to eliminate Caylee, and did some research on the computer on typical missing child scenarios and the effect of chloroform. These were websites frequented by Casey prior to Caylee's disappearance. The child's body will not be found unless Casey confesses, which is unlikely and out of character.

I am often asked how to identify individuals in the Service-to-Other or Service-to-Self. There are no physical characteristics, and actions can be confusing as the Service-to-Self know how to put on a façade.

ZetaTalk Comment 5/15/1996: A great deal of confusion reigns regarding the spiritual orientations, and how to determine whether someone is leaning in this direction or that. Key characteristics may come into play when the chips are down, but this is seldom the situation and most of life allows the true orientation to be masked by personality, subterfuge, or such structured situations that the orientation of the individual does not have an opportunity to express.

The Zetas advise that giving an individual a distasteful though necessary task, and watching their reaction, can be a clue. This is not a failsafe rule, however.

ZetaTalk Advice 12/7/2002: Service-to-Other or Service-to-Self orientation cannot be determined strickly by action, by a rule of thumb, as it depends. As we have explained, a gruff person can be self centered, or just angry because they see that harm will come to others unaware. A demanding person might be demanding for the self, although presenting the demands as for others, and this cannot be determined unless one looks to the result of the demand. Someone barking orders can be simply trying to be in control, or trying to organize the confused and disoriented. There is simply no way to describe every situation, as they all vary. Service-to-Other or Service-to-Self motives are best determined by the result of the action, as a test of motive, and what the individual is willing to do. One should look to the actions, the willingness of the individual to get down and dirty, to share decisions, to dispurse goods into many hands, to trust others, etc.

Beyond watching what actions a person takes, there are other clues too.

ZetaTalk Columbine Massacre 6/15/1999: If you were to go into the homes and watch these children while they were growing up, you'll find that they are not normal children, though the parents may have been unaware. In external social behavior, they have been immaculately careful to be in compliance so that they fade into the social veneer, but there is something that others can tell you they sensed was wrong. A vibration, a sense of coldness, a lack of caring, a slowness to respond under certain circumstances where someone who was in the same setting would have flushed and jerked and rushed to another's aid. Little signs, that are generally overlooked, but they were there.

Given the state of the polls, which show Obama safely with 277 electoral votes and more likely 364 electoral votes when the states leaning toward Obama are included, what would an Obama presidency be like? Bottom line, an Obama presidency would be more open, more supportive of the common man and getting the populace actively involved in rebuilding the country, and above the machinations of those who have controlled the Bush administration from behind the scenes.

Question: Is it likely that the Zetas can be a bit more specific regarding the Planet X time line once Obama takes office?

ZetaTalk Answer 9/13/2008: Yes.

Question: I know you said the Democrats will win the presidency, but could you for a moment paint what the pole shift would be like under each party. If for example, the Republicans won, what would be the difference, if there is not going to be a government after that anyway? Is the Democratic win so critical in light of that?

ZetaTalk Answer 9/13/2008: If McCain won, which we do not predict to happen, there would be continued press to occupy Iraq and attempts to assist Israel in their attempts to take control of the oil fields in the Middle East. This was the original Bush plan. McCain would attempt to call a draft, but this would be resisted by the Democratic majority of the Congress. Congress would also resist his desire to make winning or losing a war the top priority, so deadlock would ensue. The public would not be warned about what is coming until it was upon them, not so much because McCain personally would deny them this but because he is so rapidly going senile that his administration would not be run by him. Those around him would be opportunists, as is already the case with those who have surrounded him during his campaign.

However, when Obama wins, which is anticipated, there will be strong press for public service, which the youth of the nation desires because they see that normal opportunities will not be available for them during what is in essence a second Great Depression. This will naturally morph into people helping others, as one catastrophe after another seems to strike. Obama will be at his best in this environment. When it is deemed time to make an announcement, most likely at a time when disasters have essentially destroyed the former way of life, the public will be informed.

Question: Is there much the current administration could do if they likely strongly suspected a likely future pole shift date part way into Obama's term of president, ie would any Zeta indication of the lean of Planet X cause certain undesirable actions by the government to be taken?

ZetaTalk Answer 9/27/2008: We anticipate an Obama administration would take steps to inform the public and explain what is likely to occur, and what steps the public could take to help themselves. This does not mean that orderly rescue of all who live along coastlines would occur, or that massive tent cities housing tens of millions would be established in the highlands of the US. The federal government does not act as one, and certainly does not act as one with state and local governments. Everyone would be encouraged to remain in their homes unless they had alternative living. Even if the government announced on live TV that the coastlines would not be safe and all should leave, this would not occur. Denial will be so strong in so many. They would refuse to believe this, or cling to religion and anticipate being raptured. The fear of being inundated with hoards of hungry people, many of whom would be anticipated to be looters, would cause roads to be blocked by militias, so travel would become impossible. Many would be killed simply because they were on the road, mowed down by gunfire. There is no easy answer.

On being more supportive of the common man and getting the populace actively involved in rebuilding the country.

Question: Is Obama likely to have a "new deal" type of program to deal with jobs, health care, energy , banking, housing - all of the issues we are currently and will be facing? A more activist role for government in solving problems?

ZetaTalk Answer 8/23/2008: Yes, highly likely.

Question: How will the public view Obama's Presidency when things start going sour? Are they going to blame him? He was so great during the debate it's too bad that so many still dislike, ignoring filtering out all the good points he made, just because they like McCain.

ZetaTalk Answer 9/27/2008: The Bush administration hoped to disguise all the problems until they had left office, so they could cluck about the Obama recession, blaming Obama. The crash has come early, though it is obvious that Paulson was planning to withhold the truth until January, as he gave positive reports to Congress on the state of the economy and banking system only weeks ago. The economy of course is worse off than reported, with job losses much worse, for instance. Foreclosure and bankruptcy cannot be hidden. Obama is already talking like FDR, planning to infuse cash for infrastructure repair and green energy programs. Thus, he will slip easily into this role, and the public will not blame him, but welcome him.

Question: Is it likely that Obama will be able to reign in the rogue elements of government once he assumes power? Poisoning troops, CIA assassinations, etc?

ZetaTalk Answer 8/30/2008: We have often explained that there are many different agendas within all levels of government, with many different groups working at cross purposes to each other, to say nothing of individual agendas. Even though Bush and Cheney have attempted to shape the federal bureaucracies to their liking, pruning off the department heads and replacing them with cooperative individuals, there are several factors that will make it impossible for them to run the government in exile, so to speak, after Obama takes the Oval Office. One factor is that many who were assumed by Bush/Cheney to be cooperative have only been pretending, and are in essence sleeper cells waiting to act if necessary. Another is that forced retirements and rapid promotions of cooperatives are not a secret process, so that those forced to retire can return to government work and those promoted because they were willing to cooperate with the Bush/Cheney agenda can be demoted or sacked themselves.

Question: Have you not considered that it is a one party state and all sides are pushing in the same direction. What I mean both sides push in the same direction.

ZetaTalk Answer 9/13/2008: It has often been theorized that both political parties in the US have a common source, and the major candidates are selected from that source, so that whoever wins the controlling hands behind the scene continue in control. This is true to a minor extent, but Obama was never vetted by the mid-level managers who try to run society to their liking. The financial Puppet Master, who runs them, approves of Obama, however, as Obama is a reasonable man and the Puppet Master can see that a win-win agreement can be attained. The mid-level managers, who include the lobbyists and heads of corporations, thought of McCain and Clinton as equally maleable, and would have been happy with either. Thus, Clinton was pushed, hard, during the primary season, as this would have provided them a win-win situation. They are distraught over an Obama win, and many tricks to change the course of the election have been pulled, without success, to this end.

In last September the Army Times announced that a unit trained in crowd control, using nonlethal weapons, would be transferred from Iraq to be assigned to Northern Command.

The 3rd Infantry Division's 1st Brigade Combat Team has spent 35 of the last 60 months in Iraq patrolling in full battle rattle, helping restore essential services and escorting supply convoys. Now they're training for the same mission - with a twist - at home. Beginning Oct. 1 for 12 months, the 1st BCT will be under the day-to-day control of U.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command, as an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks. It is not the first time an active-duty unit has been tapped to help at home. In August 2005, for example, when Hurricane Katrina unleashed hell in Mississippi and Louisiana, several active-duty units were pulled from various posts and mobilized to those areas. But this new mission marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to NorthCom, a joint command established in 2002 to provide command and control for federal homeland defense efforts and coordinate defense support of civil authorities.

The implication was that the unit might be used in the United States, for riot control. Conspiracy theories abounded, especially since some congressmen reported that back room discussions before Treasury Secretary Paulson's bailout package was passed included threats that martial law might need to be imposed.

Army Unit to Deploy in October for Domestic Operations

Beginning in October, the Army plans to station an active unit inside the United States for the first time to serve as an on-call federal response in times of emergency. The 3rd Infantry Division's 1st Brigade Combat Team has spent thirty-five of the last sixty months in Iraq, but now the unit is training for domestic operations. The unit will soon be under the day-to-day control of US Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command. The Army Times reports this new mission marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to Northern Command. The paper says the Army unit may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control. The soldiers are learning to use so-called nonlethal weapons designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals and crowds.

The timing of this assignment seemed related to the banking crisis that emerged on Wall Street on September 15, 2008. Were riots expected? Was martial law in the offing?

ZetaTalk Explanation 10/11/2008: We have long predicted that the US military would be brought home when the Earth changes or other turmoil related to the End Times required their presence. We predicted that this recall would primarily be conducted stealthily, with little fanfare, as the government's nervousness about panic among the public is extreme. They know that the public will eventually find out about the presence of Planet X, causing the erratic weather and an increase in earthquakes. They anticipate that the public will be enraged over the cover-up, and likely panic and riot in any case. But this crowd control unit is being returned at this time not because of an anticipated awareness of or announcement about the presence of Planet X and the pending passage of Planet X, but because of the fear of bank failures with subsequent rioting.
