Eclipses always reveal some elements of the Planet X presence, as this history of eclipses in Issue 295 of this newsletter on May 27, 2012 details. Eclipses are at present assisted so they occur at all, given the Moon’s erratic orbit and the Earth wobble. Why not just let the much publicized eclipse fail, and by this announce to the world that there is something amiss in the heavens? Per the Zetas, until the announcement reveals that a cover-up has been in place, it would be too much of a shock to too many people for such an event as an eclipse to simply fail to occur.

ZetaTalk Prediction 6/20/2009: The pattern has been that all events such as an eclipse have been assisted so that those who would go insane if presented by the truth will not be pressed to this extent. At some point, of course, this will change. Just when that time comes, we will not say.

The Solar Eclipse on November 3-4, 2013 thus occurred as expected, and numerous photos were published. All looks normal, but was it? A plethora of photos from the Space and SpaceWeatherGallery sites showed a red rim around the Sun during the full eclipse, and a dual jewel on the edge when the Sun reappeared. The twin jewel did not line up with sunspots on the Sun, and had no explanation. Nor did the red rim, shown on this Yahoo photo, have an explanation. It certainly was not present in eclipses prior to the arrival of Planet X in the inner solar system in 2003.  Compare the Solar Eclipse in 2000 to the 2013 Solar Eclipse. 




ZetaTalk Observation 11/9/2013: Only the rim of the Sun is showing, and due to the glare of the Sun being naturally reduced by the Moon, light from the Planet X complex can be readily seen. It becomes dominant, though is taken by the ignorant public to be sunlight. During an eclipse the spot where the Sun returns becomes brilliant, like a diamond on a ring. Why would there be two such locations, not aligned with flares or sunspots on the Sun? The reddish rim of the Sun is likewise not even, but showing a lit spot where no sunspot or flare exists. Such nuances are lost on the general public, who assume if no fuss is made by professionals, then nothing is amiss. Compare the Solar Eclipse of 2000, when Planet X was not in the vicinity. The Sun may be eclipsed by the Moon, in 2013, but the Sun is not alone in the skies!

Japan Trends

Japan is leading the world on two fronts – birth rate reduction and shuttering nuclear power plants. Are they related? Japan was in the news recently due not only to its low birth rate, which is no longer replacing the populace, but to the reluctance of its young people to even have relationships. Japan is not alone! Almost the entire world has approached that point within the last decade or so. The Zetas have said that the coming times, the time of the passage, is not a time for having babies, and apparently the world’s population agrees.

Japan's under-40s appear to be losing interest in conventional relationships. Millions aren't even dating, and increasing numbers can't be bothered with sex. For their government, "celibacy syndrome" is part of a looming national catastrophe. Japan already has one of the world's lowest birth rates. Its population of 126 million, which has been shrinking for the past decade, is projected to plunge a further one-third by 2060.

ZetaTalk Insight 11/2/2013: It is notable that this trend has been prevalent, and detectable in Japan for the past 10 years - the period of time since Planet X arrived in the inner solar system in 2003. Was the populace somehow intuitively aware of the problems facing Japan in the near future? It is obvious that babies and toddlers will be at a disadvantage during the Last Weeks and in the Aftertime. The decision not to start families, to pull back from the type of bond that would start hormones moving in that direction, is not an intellectual decision. The establishment may have been smugly assuming that the populace was unaware of the Earth changes, but the thousands of clues, from the weather to trembling ground, have alerted human instincts. Some animals, uneasy about the setting, will quickly eat their young after birth to spare them. These same instincts are speaking to the human race.

Did the Fukushima disaster have something to do with this trend in Japan? Since it was ongoing for the past 10 years, likely not. But what is clear is that Japan is positioning itself to be a world leader on another front  - abstaining from nuclear power – a trend that Germany also seems to have adopted.  Per the Zetas, where the Fukushima disaster was assisted to reduce its impact, the disasters ongoing that remain are to push the choice the public and the elite have regarding nuclear power. The Earth is our schoolhouse. Are we going for a passing grade, or failing miserably?

Just like the French minister who famously declared the radioactive plume from the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant accident stopped at the French border, Mr. Motegi perhaps thinks radioactive materials know territorial boundaries and behave accordingly.

ZetaTalk Insight 11/2/2013: It is the establishment in Japan and throughout the world who are being targeted during this lesson, as in the main they are allowing nuclear power plants to not only continue, but to flourish and expand. Greed, concern only for enclaves of the rich and powerful, fuel this resistance. Even today, the issue of whether to return to nuclear power in Japan is being debated. Japan, a land of almost constant earthquakes, clearly should lead the world in the effort to eliminate the threat from nuclear power plants. For this to be the case, enough of a disaster at Fukushima must occur that it is not quickly forgotten, or pushed into obscurity by those wanting to save face and to continue to profit from the power plants they have constructed. This chapter in mankind’s history is not yet over.

National Geographic Again!

To the rescue, with information! Last week we detailed the contributions that National Geographic has made to alert the public about the reality of the coming Earth changes and Pole Shift, albeit within the restrictions of the cover-up over the presence of Planet X, aka Nibiru that were in place at the time. Now they have done it again, giving the public an interactive map wherein the public can determine if their house would be under water if the sea level were to rise 216 feet. This is the estimate if the poles were to melt, so this scenario is still being postured as a Global Warming theory. Nonetheless, tidal sloshing during a severe wobble, the first step in the Last Weeks, is predicted by the Zetas to create such tides. Ice sheets surrounding the North and South poles make up 10 per cent of our entire planet’s surface, and it’s thought Earth contains five million cubic miles of frozen water - so what would happen if it all melted? National Geographic has created a series of interactive maps demonstrating the catastrophic effect Earth’s ice could cause if it melted and flowed into the oceans and seas. This could cause sea levels to rise by 216 feet, devouring cities and even countries all the while drastically altering how continents and coastlines look, and wiping out entire populations.

ZetaTalk Prediction 1/21/2012: The tides will rush north and south during the severe wobble, 200-300 feet high. Florida will not survive the severe wobble, clearly, as the entire state is under water at a 200 foot level.

Rescue Expectations

From the start of ZetaTalk the Zetas have received pleas from the public for rescue. The stick children of sub-Sahara Africa starve on but now that this or that person feels threatened by the pending Pole Shift, surely benign aliens will rush to rescue them, right? The Zetas patiently and repeatedly explained that the Earth is a schoolhouse in which they, the souls on Earth, are to rise to the occasion and learn to share goods with each other and rescue others. Consider this to be exam time, when you either pass or fail and benefit accordingly. If not benign aliens, then perhaps benign politicians would rescue the world, or so goes the plea.

ZetaTalk Explanation 2/15/2001: In countries where social services exist, those desperate for a rescue will begin to assume that the government will act, perhaps at the last minute but in time to rescue them. Announcements will be made to peacefully evacuate cities and coastlines, tents will be erected, and the populace resettled after it is all over with the worst of it the beans and rice endlessly served for supper. The military, politicians, and those holding stakes in the cities and coastlines being deserted will put selfish interests aside and become humanitarians, in the end. For those clinging to this hope for rescue, we would only point out that the governments today do not act in this manner, but leave many starving children and injustices in their wake, daily. Stressful times will not create heroes, it will create slamming doors.

In truth, the movie industry has given the wrong impression to the public. In Deep Impact, everyone, from the public to politicians, displayed exemplary behavior. No rage from those not chosen by lottery to survive, no murder or nefarious agendas, no military coup, just patient understanding and cooperation with the president’s edict.

ZetaTalk Critique 11/14/2009: "Deep Impact" has NASA dismantling a killer asteroid, with the public accepting with amazing grace the announcement that only a million people, chosen by lottery, will be taken into government bunkers.

How realistic is this? The movie 2012 at least showed the vein of selfishness among rulers and politicians and the wealthy that invariably would corrupt any rescue process. The aged Queen and her little dogs were given a spot on the arc, for instance, while humanity had yet to be warned. Other disaster movies also show the government as part of the problem.



ZetaTalk Insight 11/16/2005: Both Day After Tomorrow and Category 7 had an evil VP insisting that corporate rights take precedence over public protection, a clear reference to VP Dick Cheney. In Yellowstone, the decision to keep the highways clear for FEMA functions dooms millions who should have been warned and allowed to escape. In 10.5, scientists and their warnings are ignored at first.

If Romney represented the 1% during the 2012 elections, insisting that the rich needed their tax breaks continued, and if Obama was faced with government shutdown if he did not abandon his legally passed and Supreme Court tested Affordable Care Act, then just how smooth is a potential rescue by politicians supposed to be? Many in the public have amazingly naive expectations. This Q&A question is an example.

What can we expect from the US government once the Announcement is complete?  That is, in terms of the Obama Administration helping/guiding people to safe areas/zones?  Should the people of this country expect the government to coordinate efforts so that communities could be formed for those that are trying to get to safer areas?  The Zetas have mentioned in the past about the likelihood of opportunists pretending to help people in need, only to have the innocent finding themselves in slave camps.  Wouldn't the current administration implement measures to stop or at least minimize such despicable possibilities from occurring?

Let’s examine these expectations in the bright light of reality, say the Zetas. Beyond establishing a framework for developing rural areas to receive refugees, as Obama did when he penned Executive Order 13575, there is little he can do until the US is devastated by disasters.



ZetaTalk Comment 11/9/2013: There simply isn’t enough food in the food banks, and the US is essentially bankrupt. We have continuously emphasized that citizens should not look to their governments, for rescue, but plan on being self-sufficient. For those too naïve to understand the web of restrictions preventing mass rescue, follow these steps:

1. Given that Obama survives the many assassination attempts trying to prevent him from making the announcement admitting the presence of Planet X, Obama declares that the coastal areas in the US need to be evacuated, though only periodic flooding has occurred to date. He is either impeached or declared insane and removed without delay. The American people lose their best friend in the White House, because he allowed himself to be naïve.  
2. Given Obama would survive such a move, all legal entities in such cities would rise up and pursue legal avenues in the courts.  Homeowners would demand to be bought out, since they would be required to pay their mortgages. The US would have no funds for this, and the banks would sue as their assets were threatened. Any corporation doing business on the coasts would likewise sue the already bankrupt US government for loss of profits. Go on down the chain of lawsuits that would hamper an evacuation.
3. Given that Obama would manage to push past a billion lawsuits and injunctions and appeals so the coasts could be vacated, he would next have to house and feed those he is moving. Needing a place to place the majority of US citizens, who now live in cities which are primarily on the coastlines, he would have to confiscate land from farmers and/or open federal lands. A new set of lawsuits and injunctions would arise.
4. Given that Obama managed to secure some land for the evacuees to sit upon, he next would have to house them and feed them while these former city dwellers learned how to garden and farm, get past their learning curve, save seed for the forthcoming year and preserve their harvests, and no longer need to rely upon government handouts from larders already barren. Half the US population sits in the cold rain, starving, as there is nothing to feed them nor tents to shelter them.
5. Given that these evacuees somehow survive a year of starvation and exposure, next comes the struggle with rampant infections that would spread among those who are malnourished and have failing immune systems. Hospitals and doctors in the US are primarily private industry, for profit, and do not today take the indigent unless forced to do so. Slavery does not exist in the US, so an Executive Order demanding they leave their families to head to the cold rainy fields and serve without pay would be challenged in the courts. Meanwhile, the evacuees wonder whose bright idea it was for Obama to order an evacuation of the coastlines!

Malala’s Light

Malala’s story is an example of how those operating highly in the Service-to-Other, and showing great courage, can be assisted by benign aliens. Mankind’s school house requires that man be allowed free will, and to experience the consequences of their decisions and the decisions of others. Disease, starvation, tornadoes, and birth defects are part of the package, as this is all an opportunity for empathy to be expressed so that souls can spark and grow. Those who expect rescue should realize that help comes to those who deserve it. Malala’s story is an example.  Please note she does not shy from controversy or genuflect to power. She chided Obama on his use of drones in Pakistan! Go Malala!

I thanked President Obama for the United States' work in supporting education in Pakistan and Afghanistan and for Syrian refugees. I also expressed my concerns that drone attacks are fueling terrorism. Innocent victims are killed in these acts, and they lead to resentment among the Pakistani people.

ZetaTalk Insight 10/19/2013: Malala’s remarkable recovery after 3 bullets were sent toward her head is not an accident. Only one of the bullets struck her head, and this enough of a glancing blow that the path of the bullet went into her forehead, through her ear drum, and out the back of her neck. No brain damage occurred, and no spinal injury occurred, though both were initially feared. The minimal damage sustained was only announced after Malala had safely left the country, where the assassins, the Taliban, could no longer reach her. Her survival is an example of what can happen when a highly Service-to-Other individual, of immense courage, refuses to be intimidated. When the battle is strategically important, the message key to mankind’s progress toward the Service-to-Other posture, then such protections are granted by the Council of Worlds. The bullets aimed at Malala’s head were diverted, but one was allowed to land so that her message reached the world-wide stage. Malala was in full agreement with this arrangement, given her self-sacrificing nature.

The solution is for the public not to expect rescue, but to learn self-reliance, and for all to care for the other. Rescue then will come from you, and from others around you responding, as love will have a blooming. Start that cycle of love. You will not regret it!

ZetaTalk Advice 4/15/1999: There will be no security blanket that the populace can rely upon, so self-reliance must be the rule. The panic that will settle into governments as the time approaches, when each individual will be dealing with their own personal panic and anxieties, is completely unpredictable. So the populace should not look to them, but rather look to themselves.

ZetaTalk Forecast 3/15/2002: Music and poetry may have a renaissance, an upsurge, as adoption of orphans and the underprivileged. Love may have a blooming going into the shift, as it ought, those with great love in their hearts responding to the realization that little else matters.
