French, German, Belgian and Irish police had at least 30 suspects behind bars on Friday and in Brussels, authorities said a dozen searches led to the seizure of four Kalashnikov assault rifles, hand guns and explosives. Several police uniforms were also found, which Belgian authorities said suggested the plotters had intended to masquerade as police officers.

Per the Zetas, there are a number of reason for the spate of attacks, the primary reason being the destabilization of the Middle East caused by the Bush/Cheney oil grab in 2003 when they invaded Iraq on false charges. The Sunni/Shia balance was destabilized.  Disgruntled Sunni form the basis of ISIS, and competition developed between Al Qaeda and ISIS.


ZetaTalk Comment 1/17/2015: The Bush administration’s invasion of the Middle East, toppling Saddam Hussein (who had formerly been an ally of the US) as an excuse to invade the Middle East and grab the oil destabilized the Middle East. In the process, the Sunni leader Hussein was pummeled via a Shia leaning leader installed as the US puppet. This enraged the deposed Sunni in Iraq who developed into the raging ISIS group. They have become the new boogie. Because they are Sunni, Iran is happy to join in the battle against ISIS, but the Saudis, who are Sunni, are not. Instead, the Saudi’s have instituted a price war, with crashing oil prices.

Meanwhile, when Europe needed workers, they welcomed immigrants from Arab countries, who were in the past compliant and quiescent. Most of these Arab countries were run by dictators, many such as Egypt and Iraq in alliance with the West. To the work force, European countries seemed a haven. What changed? Europe’s job market crashed and the formerly welcome Arab workers were now being pushed out. Disgruntled Arabs, invariably Sunni, are rushing to join the former Al Qaeda and ISIS. To encourage trade and travel, the EU countries need only have a passport. Now Europe is faced with literally thousands of disgruntled Arabs, trained in terrorist tactics in Syria and Yemen, and Israel and the Jews they formerly embraced have become a liability. This will not end well.

A secondary reason for the Paris attacks was the trend for European countries to support a Palestinian state. Netanyahu had recently threatened that France would be sorry for their swing to support a Palestine state, reminiscent of the threats made to Norway in 2011 when they made such a move.

Shortly thereafter, a man dressed in a Norwegian police uniform opened fire on a Labor Party youth camp on the island of Utoya in Tyri fjord. Access to the island was by boat only. Over 100 people were killed in the twin terror attacks. Breivik, who sometimes anglicized his name as Andrew Berwick in his numerous web postings, was said to be a right-wing Islamophobe who sympathized with Zionism and who was a Freemason. As more and more evidence pointed to Oslo being yet another example of a state-sponsored terrorist attack by Israel’s Mossad, the corporate media studiously avoided mentioning how the Norwegian government through its recent actions, had become a major problem for Israel and its allies abroad, especially on the Palestine sovereignty issue. Mossad is a master at false-flag terrorist attacks designed to alter perceptions and punish opponents of Israeli policy.

ZetaTalk Comment 1/17/2015: In the past, it was advantageous of Europe to ally with Israel, for numerous reasons. It was a natural outgrowth for the posture of supporting the Jews at the end of World War II. Israel was linked into the western banking systems, as the western banks are heavily controlled by Jews. Europe exported goods to Israel, and this trade proved to be lucrative. In a Europe that is increasingly embracing a Palestinian State, Netanyahu is no longer welcome but is refusing to stay away. Sleeper cells throughout Europe - primarily in France, Germany and the UK – have already been primed and will erupt. The US, which has been seen as a staunch friend of Israel no matter how brutal they have been to the Palestinians, will not be spared, and they know this. Europe stayed too long at the party, and it is too late for regrets.

Israel is lobbying member-states of the International Criminal Court to cut funding for the tribunal in response to its launch of an inquiry into possible war crimes in the Palestinian territories. But experts thought it unlikely that the lobbying effort was likely to persuade the countries that contribute most to the court to reduce their funding. Israel, which like the United States does not belong to the ICC, hopes to dent funding for the court that is drawn from the 122 member-states in accordance with the size of their economies.

This would not be the first time. In 2013 when Israel was trying to force the US into a war with Syria, it was not the Syrian rebels whose fingerprints were on the poison gas. Despite Obama’s statement that this would be his line in the sand, the US did not go to war with Syria. They knew.

ZetaTalk Insight 8/31/2013: The use of poison gas in Syria was arranged by Israel. Of course it wasn’t Israeli soldiers. Of course they were very much behind the scenes in supplying the rebels. Not just a hand away, but many hands away, so that it would be impossible, literally, to trace where the gas came from. This is arranged by killing those intermediaries. And why did they do this? If the US gets involved in Syria, it will bleed over, they hope, into Iran. Iran has been backing Assad. The US will fight their war and they can go on taking land from the Palestinians. Everybody will look away and they will have the US as their own private army. Will this ever be proven? No. Will this be suspected? Yes. So therefore, a war will not be started here.

There were many questions raised after the Paris attacks. If the terrorists were known to the US, even on the no-fly list, how did they escape surveillance? How did they arm themselves? And if a Mossad signature is to eliminate the intermediaries so their involvement cannot be traced back to them, then what does it mean when chief investigators in Paris are found shot in the head?

Commissioner Helric Fredoun SRPJ Limoges has committed suicide last night in his office with his service weapon. He would have killed himself that night or in the early hours of the morning. He was single and had no children. According to the police union, Commissioner was depressed and experiencing burnout. In November 2013, the Commissioner Fredou had discovered the lifeless body of his colleague, the 3rd ranking police officer of SRPJ Limoges, who had also committed suicide with his service weapon in his office. He was also 44 years old.  The Commissioner Fredou, like all agents SRPJ worked yesterday on the case of the massacre at the headquarters of Charlie Hebdo.

Once again, the alleged perpetrators of the recent attacks were well-known to the French police and intelligence services. The Kouachis’ names were even included on the American no-fly list. The Kouachi brothers, as well as Coulibaly, who was also well-known to the police, were permitted to obtain weapons and other materials without tipping off law enforcement. Coulibaly actually met with French President Nicolas Sarkozy in 2009. Coulibaly was one of ten workers selected to meet personally with Sarkozy at the Elysee Palace to discuss youth employment issues. As with the U.S. Secret Service and the American president, French security thoroughly vets those who meet with the French head of state, which makes Coulibaly’s selection to meet Sarkozy even more perplexing. Coming so soon after France’s UN Security Council vote to recognize Palestine as a state and the rising political fortunes of the pro-Israel National Front, a price tag attack on France, masked as a jihadist terrorist operation, cannot be ruled out.

ZetaTalk Comment 1/17/2015: To clarify, a False Flag operation is one where the country afflicted orchestrated the event so that they could benefit somehow. Thus 911 was False Flag as Dick Cheney was orchestrating the event, at the helm, though he will never be brought to justice for this. This and the US electoral fraud in 2000 and 2004 via Diebold paperless voting machines is considered too shocking for the American public to handle, and thus will be suppressed forever. The UK False Flag on 77 was done by the UK for the benefit of Bush/Blair during the Iraq war, to motivate doubters in the UK. MH 017 was downed by Kiev in an attempt to engage Europe to fight Ukraine’s battles.

The French terrorist attacks initiated by the Charlie Hebdo massacre were not orchestrated by the French government. This does not mean that the terrorists were working alone, as clearly they were part of a network. But beyond Al Qaeda and ISIS involvement, there were others who expected to benefit. Chief among these is Israel, who is always trying to get the US, and the US via NATO involvement, to fight their wars in the Middle East. Getting the Muslims to attack Jews is an obvious ploy, as now Israel is the victim and the Muslims are the antagonists. This is the ploy Netanyahu uses with Palestine. They squeeze the Palestinians and when someone finally explodes, throwing a rock, Israel invades and snatches yet more land from the Palestinians.

That said, why are Police Commissioners in Paris shooting themselves in the head? Once might be a suicide, but for this to happen twice, a year apart, is suspicious.  Was the Mossad involved? Israel arranged for poison gas to be used in Syria in 2013, attempting to frame Assad.  Who armed the French terrorists? Who arranged for the police to look away when they escaped surveillance during their many trips to and from the Middle East and purchased guns in France? Files disappeared, names were erased from surveillance lists, and money or favors changed hands. As is usual in these cases, those in the know are killed promptly to erase the trail. This is not a False Flag operation, it is Mossad black ops at the direction of Netanyahu.

I, Nancy, frequently get a request from amateur astronomers new to the Nibiru, aka Planet X controversy wanting to know exactly where to look to sight Planet X. Those familiar with scope sighting techniques know that the X/Y location in the sky is normally described as RA (right ascension) and Dec (declination). Unfortunately, it is not this simple. Both Planet X and the Earth are moving about, in a dance with each other. The Earth is in a severe daily Figure 8 wobble, so the Sun is not where it should be for anyone. Earth's orbit is halted, now pushed back to the August position, and yes benign aliens are tipping the globe back and forth to simulate the seasons so we don't get fried or frozen. Planet X is coming retrograde orbit toward us, so from the right when looking at the Sun from the Northern Hemisphere. It is moving outbound from the Sun, so the "cup" we are squeezed in keeps getting smaller.


You can get a sense of where the corpus of Planet X and the brilliant Moon Swirls are currently found by combing through the photos in this Pole Shift ning blog. The Moon Swirls are brilliant, funneling sunlight down their length so most photos catch these rather than the heavily shrouded corpus of Planet X itself. It is described as being about at the 4 o'clock position from the Sun when seen from the Northern Hemisphere. Remember that the ecliptic slants differently during the day. In the morning, the Ecliptic slants from lower left to upper right, in the evening this slants from upper left to lower right in the Northern Hemisphere. If you are in the Southern Hemisphere things can be reversed, with the corpus of Nibiru usually found at the 11 o’clock position. Alberto in Italy has captured the corpus with concentric circles around it.


ZetaTalk Explanation 4/19/2014: Alberto has noted a change in his photos. There seems to be a distinct orb at the 4 o’clock position on an April 15 photo, which is itself reflecting sunlight as though it were partway between the Sun and the Earth. Is this Planet X itself? Unlike the Moon Swirls, which can focus light down a tube as though coming from the end of a flashlight, the Planet X halos are caused by an even distribution of light from the corpus itself. The shroud of dust clings closely, but rapidly becomes less thick at a distance from the corpus. At various points where the composition of this shroud changes, a ring is formed that will reflect and diffract light outbound from the corpus of Planet X.

Swiss Franc Jolt

In 2011, the Swiss pegged their Franc to the Euro in an effort to provide the Euro stability during a difficult time for the European Union. They promised, by this peg, to stop an inflationary cycle for the Euro, so it would not go the way of the Argentine peso in 2002 or the German Mark in 1924. The peg clearly helped stabilize the Euro, as these 10 year charts show. The peg promise was to hold the Franc exchange rate at 1.2 Franc for every .833 Euro.

ZetaTalk Comment 1/17/2015: In simplistic terms, for those not in the financial industry, the Swiss have unpegged their currency from the Euro, allowing the currency exchange rate to float free and be determined by market factors.  The Swiss Franc was pegged to the Euro in 2011 to support the Euro during a time when many countries in the European Union were at the point of bankruptcy. The Swiss lent the European Union their strength, in essence. Now their peg promise, to hold at 1.2 Franc per Euro, or .833 Euro per Franc, had reached this ceiling and the Franc was in danger of being dragged into inflation with the Euro. The Euro is falling in relative value, steadily, and with the threat of terrorist attacks added to economic instability, matters will only get worse. Who wins by removing the peg? Where there are many winners and losers, the European Union loses their peg and can expect to see the Euro slide.

The limit on the Swiss promise to peg their Franc to the Euro was reached in November and December, 2015. These charts show that the exchange rate for Euros to Francs was exactly at 1.2 Francs for .833 Euros. That this was the case right after the October 20, 2014 announcement date was missed is clear. There is clearly a relationship between the peg being dropped and the Council of Worlds going to war with the cover-up.

ZetaTalk Comment 1/17/2015: Swiss banks hold much wealth for the elite, who value this location because of the stability of the Franc and the secrecy of the Swiss. Where the Franc has been saved from being dragged down by the inflating Euro, the sudden chaos has hidden impacts for the wealthy who store their wealth in Swiss banks. If moving their money into the Swiss banks, they now must commit more Euros for each Franc. If moving their money out of the Swiss banks, converting to the Euro, they will be given a handful of rapidly inflating Euros.

Was this part of the Council of Worlds war against certain elite? Absolutely. One should take note that the currency exchange rates for November-December, 2014 place the relative worth of the Euro against the Franc at exactle the peg point. One should note that occurred right after the October 20, 2014 announcement date was missed. Thus the pressure on the Swiss was applied promptly, though the Central Bank took until January 15, 2015 to react. The Swiss are not the target of the Council’s war. Those who were in the process of converting into or out of the Franc were the target.

Who were the winners and losers? Swiss bank accounts are notoriously secret, so whomever holds those accounts, or the content of any contracts to transfer funds, the time frame, or the exchange rate to be used would not be public. But outside of knowing those who were, per the Zetas, the target of the Council of Worlds, one could decipher pain.  One hedge fund lost 3.5 billion, and millions were lost by various currency exchange funds and their clients. The decision by the Swiss Central Bank was highly secret, not even the International Monetary Fund managing director, Christine Lagarde, being informed ahead of time.
