A recent experiment on Macaque and Rhesus monkeys has raised the specter of the Planet of the Apes. In that movie series apes were genetically engineered to make a better work force for mankind, and then they rebelled to take over the planet. Per the scientists, the gene swapping allowed the monkeys to have quicker reaction times and longer short term retention of memories.  And the purpose of these recent experiments? To better understand man. Yeah sure.

The team of Chinese scientists edited the human version of a gene called MCPH1 into the macaques. The new gene made the monkeys’ brains develop along a more human-like timeline. The gene-hacked monkeys had better reaction times and enhanced short-term memories compared to their unaltered peers.

ZetaTalk Comment 4/30/2019: Are human scientists flirting with playing God by inserting human genes into monkey brains? This is a step beyond the usual genetic engineering designed to boost crop production by resistance to fungus or insects or to allow human transplants to be grown in animals such as pigs. The key quality that makes mankind human is his intelligence, which allows him to be conscious, to see himself as separate from others during self-determination, so he owns his decisions. Thus souls can spark in man.

Genetic engineering, whereby apes were engineered to become human, was under the control of the Council of Worlds in the past. Has the Council granted China and the US permission to create another race of man? At present the hybrid monkeys only have improved reaction times and improved memory retention. They cannot yet ponder their existence to the level of sparking souls. What is the purpose of these experiments by the Chinese and US scientists? They seek an intelligent and compliant servant who will work for peanuts.

This was the theme of the Planet of the Apes series. Apes were being used as cheap slave labor, until some genetic engineers decided to seek a cure for Alzheimer’s. Voila, super smart apes and as they say, the rest was history. We also reported recently in Issue 654 progress on allowing robots to repair and reproduce themselves, sharing their programming code. As in the Terminator movie series? Then there is the odd step to create new life to serve mankind, but they are only at the slimy mold stage. Is man trying to play God?

To be effective in these roles, robots would have to repair and reproduce themselves, or each other, i.e. propagate; be able to adapt to changing circumstances, i.e. learn; and, since mankind can't be bothered, make logical determinations, i.e. think. The Council of Worlds, which oversees all situations where one intelligent life form can enslave another, forbids the use of living biological material as components of thinking machines. Thus, media scenarios such as The Stepford Wives, or The Terminator, or Star Trek's Data would not be allowed to develop, not even if scientists in 3rd Density managed to develop them, which is far from likely.

When Notre Dame was set afire recently, the Zetas mentioned that this was done by a group of people intent on expediting the End Times as predicted in many religious texts – by inciting World War III, a worldwide conflagration. They are trying to tinker with the schedule. The Notre Dame fire did have an unknown human assist. The towers were closed a half hour early on that fateful day, and a fire alarm went off a half hour before the actual fire. But who are these people?

The official website of the Notre-Dame cathedral had announced that the towers would be made inaccessible to visitors an hour earlier in the day of April 15th. The first alarm sounded at 18h20 and fire was found at 18h50, following the second alarm of 18h43. It is precisely during the time slot of 17h30 / 18h30 (which was especially forbidden to the visitors - but also to the workers who had all left the place at 17h30) that the hearth of the fire was activated.

ZetaTalk Insight 4/30/2019: Since the Rapture or times of peace afterwards - the 1,000 years of peace - for the faithful are another message, there are some who cling to religion who seek to expedite the end. A religious war, engulfing the world. Many angels, in attendance on Earth at the present time, have stymied some of these attacks, as the Council of Worlds allows things, but not people, to be manipulated by benign aliens.

Now there is an uptick in attacks on churches, mosques, and synagogues – the very thing this group trying to incite a Holy War wanted. A mosque attack in Christchurch, New Zealand and apparently in retaliation for that attack, a Sri Lanka church attacked on Easter Sunday. Now yet another synagogue attacked in San Diego, an echo of the Tree of Life attack in Pittsburg. In these crimes, the perpetrator is known, and no obvious intervention by benign angels occurred. International intelligence agencies began warning the country's officials April 4.

ZetaTalk Insight 4/30/2019: What is the group trying to start a Holy War at this time, and what are their allegiances? The group thinks of themselves as ruling the world, and has been in this position for centuries. Many among them are royalty. Where they don’t control the finances of the world, they have great influence. They are superstitious, placing great weight on symbolism. They cover their bases on the religious front, publicly devout, but also practice Satanism to gain favor from that side. They are the Illuminati.

Religious battles are not new. Look to the Inquisitions, where Christians and Muslims both savaged each other. Look to the Middle Ages, where the Church would burn alive or draw and quarter anyone who did not grant the Church ultimate authority. Islamic Jihad is just as savage, political prisoners burned alive by ISIS. The Sunni and Shia are at war with each other throughout the Middle East. Ethnic warfare in Rwanda resulted in the Tutsi being hacked to death with machete by the Hutu. Hitler’s handlers achieved their ends by scapegoating the Jews.

Not every massacre in a holy place is due to the machinations of the Illuminati. The Pittsburg Tree of Life Synagogue massacre on October 27 was perpetrated by an individual who hated Jews. He was caught. 11 dead. The New Zealand Mosque massacre on March 15 was perpetrated by an individual who hated Muslims. He was caught. 50 dead. And the Sri Lanka church massacre on Easter Sunday was perpetrated by a known ISIS group, including suicide bombers. 320 dead. As horrific as this seems, this slaughter is typical for mankind, in their history.

A Holy War goes beyond this. Those who want a religious war, engulfing the world, do not want massacres ascribed to a single individual or group. They want every religion, every country involved. A conflagration. Symbolically, if one thinks of Hell as fire, they want to bring Hell on Earth, such are their loyalties. If one studies Secret Societies, one sees that symbolism and absolute loyalty are part of the pact, whether they be European royalty, the Nazis or their bloodline, the Bush/Clinton Cabal, the Freemasons, the Vatican, or the Khazarians. These are hallmarks of the Service-to-Self orientation.

 

The Notre Dame Cathedral and Al-Aqsa Mosque, which were fires set on the same day, were exceptions stymied by angels. No deaths. The Rules of Engagement require that boundaries be set by those visitors from higher densities who are visiting Earth.  Service-to-Self and Service-to-Other groups have many obligations, and frankly invest only what they can afford to expend. In countering the Holy War plans, angels in the Service-to-Other were clearly at hand at the Notre Dame Cathedral and Al-Aqsa Mosque. The fire was allowed to be set, and allowed to rage for over an hour before firemen arrived, but did not succeed. But these battle lines must be carefully chosen.

But angels have been known to assist true heroes.

Combat Vet who Stopped the Synagogue Shooter: ‘I Scared the Hell Out of Him’

The man who fired a semi-automatic weapon inside the Chabad of Poway synagogue in San Diego froze, dropped his gun and sprinted to his car when he saw Oscar Stewart come barreling toward him, yelling so loud the priest at a neighboring church could hear. Others who were there later told him it sounded like four or five people were shouting. He thinks maybe an angel was standing behind him and speaking through his voice. When the shooter ran, he immediately gave chase.

Nibiru Closer

Nibiru is drawing closer at a steady pace, but there are stages where the magnetic and gravity dance between the Earth and Nibiru lurch forward or stall. A lurch forward apparently just happened, per Alberto’s photos. Where Alberto’s photos usually show Nibiru either at the 4 o’clock position to the Sun in the morning or the 7 o’clock position in the afternoon, Nibiru has suddenly moved to center in front of the Sun. Per the Zetas, Earth’s location vs a vs Nibiru has changed, so Earth is centered in the eddy flow in our view from Earth.




ZetaTalk Insight 4/30/2019: Alberto’s latest photos show that Nibiru has come closer to Earth, and simultaneously is somewhat obscuring the Sun! This of course happens during the Last Weeks, but that time has not yet arrived. Previously when Nibiru was seen at the right of the Sun, the Earth was squeezed to the left, trying to evade Nibiru. But this new posture allows the Earth to ride in the pincers of particle flows from the Sun coming around Nibiru where there is less buffeting from the eddy flows. An eddy flow has a calm in the center, and this is where the Earth now rides.

The establishment has long anticipated the time when Nibiru could no longer be denied, and has regularly tried to seed disinformation to cloud the truth. An example of this disinfo is an article pushed by an Israeli news site, claiming a release of photos from NASA. This is a mixture of truth and falsehoods, the usual mix disinfo artists like to use. The truth grabs the reader and then the falsehoods linger. Watch for more of these types of disinfo announcements in the near future.

The leader of Israeli News Live published a video in which he first showed the public pictures of the mysterious planet Nibiru taken by NASA. Sensational photos were provided to the researcher on the condition of anonymity by some astronomer, who consisted of Stephen in a religious community. The center of this system is the brown dwarf, which is 10-12 times larger than Jupiter. In addition, there is a certain asteroid belt in the system. Moreover, it is believed that most of the fallen comets / meteorites flew from there. The closest such convergence is expected in the period from 2023-2030. It is believed that during this period, Nibiru will approach us as close as possible, causing chaos on Earth.

ZetaTalk Insight 4/30/2019: Nibiru currently stands just within the orbit of Venus and is hardly several times as large as Jupiter. Nor does the Sun’s binary twin travel. We have mentioned that the cover-up over the pending passage of Nibiru was driven primarily by the wealthy, who feared the worth of their assets would drop, banks would fail, and their position of being on top of the pile would be threatened. The banking system in the West is controlled by Jewish bankers, and thus that this recent Nibiru disinformation emerged from Israel is no surprise.

This disinfo is clever in that it is incorporating several known facts about the Nibiru complex. There is the Winged Globe of legend, and the photos documenting a number of major Moons hugging close, and the reference to debris clouds. That these photos are taken in the night sky diverts the public from looking toward the Sun. The disclosure route is safe, because the anonymous Israeli astronomer cannot be questioned.  Predictably, the passage date is pushed to 2023 or later, so the public can go back to shopping. Trust Israel is the message.

Another sign that Nibiru is drawing closer, and the establishment will not be able to keep the lid on the cover-up much longer, is the contingency planning for asteroid impact – an exercise between NASA, FEMA, the ESA, and IAWN. The goal? They are all to work together to identify inbound asteroids and defend against them.

ZetaTalk Insight 4/30/2019: The establishment is increasingly admitting that Nibiru exists, not by an open acknowledgement but by the steps they are taking to guard against the onslaught. Recently President Trump issued an Executive Order to take steps to protect the US infrastructure against EMP. Efforts to deflect the debris in the tail of Nibiru have also become apparent, starting in 2009 when Russia led the effort to 2013 after Chelyabinsk when Near Earth Asteroids were in the news to 2018 when NASA opened a Planetary Defense Coordination Office to 2019 when a bolide snuck up on the watchdogs to explode over the Bering Straits.

These recent formal exercises are an admission that the onslaught of debris, always described as asteroids, has increased of late. Why just recently? If asteroids slinging past Earth were an issue in the past, they would have been under discussion for centuries. We stated at the start of the ZetaTalk saga that mankind cannot deflect this debris in space, as it will just move to the side and then proceed on toward Earth. Nor will attempting to nuke debris work, as this likewise just shifts to the side and proceeds on. The Russian approach at Chelyabinsk, where the debris was vaporized by a missile, is the best approach.
