[and from another] US City to Pump Sewage Water Directly into Homes http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2VFIee13-c  Apr 27, 2014 Wichita Falls, Texas, is getting ready to pump sewage water directly back to residents' homes, instead of into the Wichita River. This will be the first time a US city does this. Few places in the world do, but the WateReuse Association in the US thinks this will be the wave of the future.

Since the cave man days, mankind has thought of potable water as something nature provides. Muddy or sewage polluted water can be filtered through the ground and emerge at a spring crystal clear. Even flowing rivers seemed to eventually clean the water, as particulate sunk to the bottom, and polluted water was diluted. That the river also had defecating fish and rotting bodies seemed incidental, as the water looked clear. Enter man, who has added industrial chemicals and the runoff from floods to what is dumped in rivers.  When the Pole Shift has ruptured tanks of industrial chemicals and sewage treatment plants and created immense flooding, surface water will not be considered potable.

Primarily because of volcanic ash which can contain lead and other heavy metals, we have advised that mankind be prepared to distill their drinking and cooking water after the Pole Shift. Easily constructed rigs can be fixed over a fire, are portable, and can provide hot water for washing as a byproduct.  Where firewood is not available, techniques such as harvesting the fog or desalinating sea water can be used, using the temperature of the air or the heat of the Sun. Are the elite planning to provide clean water by other means, perhaps recycling their water supply so that no poisons can be introduced from outside the enclave and the supply can be assured?

A full recycling rig requires electricity and chemical additives, which in the best of plans will falter.  But beyond that is the psychological factor. Unless a dual recycling system is used – one for sewage and showers and another for human consumption – the yuck factor is prohibitive. Recycling rigs for single family homes have been available for decades, and not been popular for that reason. The public can accept gray water being used for gardens or farmlands, but not recycled water being used for human consumption. Will this change as the Earth changes accelerate drought and deluge conditions?

Unless already in place or in the final planning stage, recycled water for cities or towns is unlikely to be in place by the time of the Pole Shift. When the Pole Shift quakes rupture infrastructure, this will then be lost. Private recycling for homesteads or enclaves of the elite will go the way of all mankind’s technology after the Pole Shift, breaking down due to a broken link and not being repairable. Where the obvious and optimum solution for cities in desert regions, or those relying upon dying and depleted aquifers, the psychological factor of filling one’s drinking glass with what was most recently your neighbors sewage will remain as a block.

I would like to ask such question. On the territory of Russia, in the Caucasus Mountains, often find so-called dolmens. The Wikipedia article describes similar structures around the world, they are slightly different from each other, and according to scientists all have a funerary purpose. But the public has doubts. Over 3,000 dolmens and other structures can be found in the North-Western Caucasus region in Russia, where more and more dolmens are discovered in the mountains each year. Dolmens are also found in Israel, Syria and Jordan. In northern Tunisia, Dougga is an important ancient site, which contains a necropolis with dolmens. Dolmen sites fringe the Irish Sea and are found in south-east Ireland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall.

Why would early man cremate their dead? There are cultures today, in New Guinea, that eat their dead to gain the strength and wisdom of the deceased. Such attitudes toward consumption of the dead are prevalent around the world. The practice can be found in Africa and S America and was operant in China in the past. Cannibalism has this basis. So given that the Annunaki were seen as powerful and dominant giants by early man, and given that early man would likely thus try to eat the Annunaki dead to gain these qualities, the Annunaki regularly burned their dead. Why is it that no Annunaki mummies or graves have been discovered? They were burned, and their ashes strewn about.

We have explained that the Annunaki were assisted by aliens in the Service-to-Self to elevate the large stones by which they constructed their pyramids and walls. Aliens above 3rd density are able to control gravity for their ships, themselves, and for objects such as large stones. Their ships hover not due to propulsion but by creating a separate gravity field within the ship. Contactees report being floated during visitations. Thus finding massive megaliths should not be a surprise. The Service-to-Self aliens assisting the Annunaki in those days knew they were created a slave class of early man with such intimidating structures, but hoped to ultimately harvest souls for their prison planets by such endeavors.

Thus, the Annunaki were eventually driven from the Earth, quarantined by the Council of Worlds. The Annunaki were on Earth mining for Gold long before mankind was genetically engineered from the ape. The Earth was scarcely populated, so their mining operations did not overlap with the efforts of the genetic engineers, who were Service-to-Other aliens working on behalf of the Council of Worlds. But eventually the Annunaki took note of early man, and tired of the back breaking work in the mines, selectively enslaved early man for their mines. Thus due to their long sojourn on Earth, the former cities of the Annunaki can be found under water or buried by shifting ground, puzzling modern man.

The chemtrail pilot sprayed over land and forget to turn off the switch of chemtrail spray equipment, then landing on airport, spraying. Did the Council of World influence for the pilot to forget turning off that switch in the midst of the war with cover-up crowd? Is this a part of the breaking maneuver to cover-up by the Council of World? But a quick answer to your question is that yes, such "accidents" can be arranged by benign aliens, or done by a human disgusted with his or her employer, wanting to reveal what is going on. If the video got so quickly terminated, it was noticed and punishment followed, no doubt. Usually chemtrail spraying is performed at 35,000 feet. But these guys just plain forgot to turn the switch. Talk about a smoking gun. This revealing video was taken at night, when the operation assumed cover of darkness, and in a fog which was likewise assumed to be more cover. Thus the pilot abandoned normal precautions. It was also taken in LA, a large city targeted by the chemtrail operation. Such vidoes, which show absolutely that chemtrailing is being done, and where and how, are a huge threat to the operation. Thus any video revealing the operation is hunted down and killed, as one Nancy referred to in a 2009 newsletter. Since this 2014 video had gone viral on the Internet, they allowed a bit of the footage on Alex Jones website, InfoWars, included in a debunking video. What all this shows is that 1. Chemtrailing is very real, and 2. Alex Jones is a puppet of the establishment.  

Very soon in Russia and other countries will celebrate the holiday "May 9 - Victory Day". On this day in 1945 was signed capitulation of Nazi Germany. The war claimed the lives of a great number of people, the trouble came in every family, in every house. On this day people give tribute to the memory of all victims of Nazism - the defenders of Stalingrad, prisoners of concentration camps, residents of the blockade Leningrad or burned alive Belarusian villages, the list goes on infinitely. I live in Sebastopol, who courageously defended during the war and this year will celebrate 70 anniversary of its liberation. Our friends described the battles for the continents, that may have a soul or karma, that is something intangible. Could our friends to answer about the battle for the continent Eurasia? This war was the decisive? Or it more related to Europe and Russia itself? And how it has influenced the future of the continent or the people who live here?

How much influence does history have on our current endeavors? The horrors of war linger in the memories and scars of survivors, who are replaced in a generation with young who have no such memory. Holidays and memorial services lose their emotional association and slip into an intellectual realm where the lessons to be learned are encapsulated by philosophers or politicians with an agenda. The phase “history repeats itself” and “those who ignore history are bound to repeat it” have the ring of truth due to this fact, as wars inevitably send minions to slaughter so that a few elite can gain more power. The scars of wars fade, but the grasping desire for power among the elite is inherent in the human animal.

The move is thought be the result of mounting pressure by top Washington officials. United States DIA Director Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn announced to Pentagon staff that he is walking away from that role a year earlier than anticipated. The news came via a joint statement made by Flynn and the agency's deputy director, David Shedd, who will also be vacating his post. 

These resignations, for scarcely believable reasons, are indeed related to the pending announcement admitting the presence of Planet X, aka Nibiru and leaning heavily to admitting that the alien presence is real.  When MJ12 was formed after the Roswell crash, the CIA and in particular the DIA were central to its operations. Since MJ12 was an intelligence op, to gauge primarily if the alien presence was a threat to the US, it should not be a surprise that the Defense Intelligence Agency was central to the operations. What followed were campaigns by the Department of Defense to deny that the alien presence was real, based on the prior War of the Worlds radio broadcast by the CIA, which was a test of public reactions.

Project Blue Book, was run by the Air Force and lasted decades. A concerted effort to convince the public that the Roswell flap was a weather balloon followed. Thus it should be no surprise that the DIA was loaded at the top with individuals who felt firmly that the alien presence should not be admitted, and as the years passed and UFO sightings became more dramatic and undeniable, this group became entrenched and defensive. The US resistance to admitting the alien presence is considered the pot hole in the middle of the road preventing disclosure from proceeding. New leadership at the DIA was needed.

Though some older segments of the network — notably the Pennsylvania and New Jersey turnpikes and Interstate 95 in Maryland and Interstate 495 in Virginia — are toll roads, most of the 46,876-mile system has been toll-free.

There are many government decisions that can serve a dual agenda. Where it is true that revenue needs to be raised, and it is true that the Obama administration is seeking bipartisan solutions with a gridlock prone Congress, this proposal has subtle benefits for both the federal and state governments if panic migrations ensue during the coming Earth changes. The bill allows for states to insert toll booths and since most states are suffering under a budget shortfall, they are expected to act quickly once approved by Congress. State’s rights are not challenged, thus, so this is expected to be a popular bill, with little opposition.

We have long warned that those expecting to migrate to their safe locations not wait too long, as migrants can be blocked. Those expecting to travel should have a foot hold in their safe locations – own land with a deed in hand, or have relatives who can be called by a checkpoint looking for verification, or have legitimate business down the road. Casual travel, with a carload of kids and suitcases, with no definite destination is likely to be stopped. What governments do not want are carloads of new arrivals driving around the countryside, as home invasion would be the most likely result.

The interstate highway system in the US is notable by its connectedness, wherein one superhighway connects to another. Multi-lane, and with solid bridges built to last, the interstate system in the US will likely be functional after disasters where side roads will become blocked by washouts or heaving roads.
Toll gates are essentially checkpoints, as they stop traffic. Those turned back would then be funneled into relocation services. A rural state such as Nebraska would then take only those refuges from a New Madrid disaster that had been approved to be farm workers or relocated to bunkers on federal land. Governments fear uncontrolled chaos, and toll roads provide control.

While we're on the topic of Alex Jones. I did a search and didn't find much said from the Z's on or about him over the years. If Alex is nothing more than a puppet of the establishment. Can the Z's give a brief comment on who he is working for or groups he works for in the establishment/elite? Can they give a brief comment on his puppet role. Was he "hired" to do that role? Does he do it willingly or does he do it under threat of death? Is he fed information/disinformation from the CIA or other alphabet government agencies that he is then forced to report on? A favorite tactic of the CIA, in influencing the mindset of populations around the globe, is to mix truth and fiction together so that fiction takes on the aura of truth. To be influential, the advocate must take a stand, trumpeting the truth loudly enough that the public associates them with truth. Lies are layered in, then, in a subtle manner. Thus one has Alex Jones being a 911 truther in 2007, when the real heroes had already made their case on the Internet and there could scarcely be a doubt that it was an inside job. Thus we have Alex Jones front and center at Bilderberg Group meetings, working to provide the list of attendees to the public.

But we also find Alex Jones hosting Bob Fletcher spreading disinformation on HAARP and Planet X, and passing along mis-informed tweets during the Boston marathon bombing. Since Planet X can absolutely be proven to be near the Sun, appearing in SOHO images and eclipse photos, why does Alex avoid having Nancy on his show? His handlers are not interested in this truth, so it is avoided. Safe and popular subjects such as gun control and vague conspiracy theories about the banking cabals are allowed, to gain an audience. By hosting various views, while personally keeping an open mind, the host also stays above the fray while helping to spread disinformation.

Could the Zetas give us an update on the transformation, polarization.  Did the amount of STO on earth increased and could the Zetas gave some percentage? And my feeling is that there will be exceptional increase during the 8 of 10 changes. Is there some truth in this?

During the Arab Spring we mentioned that many of the activists were Walk-In’s, mature souls incarnating human bodies with immature souls wanting to step aside during turmoil or unsparked souls so as to make a difference during Earth’s Transformation.  A Walk-In thus does not differ from a Star Child, except that a Star Child has incarnated the human body from birth. Our previous description of the composition of incarnations on Earth in 2002 indicated 1 billion Star Children, 1 billion reincarnating Earth born souls, and 4 billion human bodies with unsparked souls. In that the population of Earth has increased to be closer to 7 billion, the percentages have changed.

There is still approximately 1 billion incarnations of Earth born souls. The percentage of humans incarnated by mature souls from other worlds, ie either Star Children or Walk-in’s, has increased. This increase is almost entirely from Walk-in’s because an infant could scarcely make a difference at the current time. Walk-in’s can effect change because the human with an unsparked soul does not need to be consulted for the Walk-in to occur. There is no resident soul to object. Walk-in’s can also effect rapid change because the Walk-In can target a social setting or locale in turmoil. The Walk-in’s are thus focused and turmoil targeted.

These Walk-In’s are on the increase, but the percentages can swing as the time of the Pole Shift approaches.  The base of 5 billion unsparked souls currently on Earth could swing to be a population of 2 billion Walk-in’s with only 3 billion unsparked souls.  Targeting an area in turmoil, such as blocked migration or mass starvation, might become a project for these spiritual warriors, who might conceivably leave for work elsewhere when the issue is resolved or diminished. This is not a casual endeavor, as torture and a lingering painful death can ensue, thus those souls willing to engage in this activity are a limited number during any particular Transformation.
