City of St. Petersburg, Russia - one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I would like to ask the Zetas, as he will suffer during the European tsunami? How far will the wave deep into the territory of Russia? [and from another] From St. Petersburg to continue to be reports of shaking in the homes and about the sinkholes. From other cities in Russia and Ukraine, are near rivers, have also been reports of sinkholes, heavy floods during the rain. There was even a case of damage to a dam across the River Dnieper in the city of Cherkassy. In Kiev there are rumors about the damage of the hydroelectric power station and the threat of flooding of the city. So I would like to ask our friends how strong will happen stretching in the cities on the rivers of Russia and Ukraine during the movement of plates at level 7? Is there a threat of destruction of levees, dams, hydroelectric power stations, bridges and buildings in areas of stretching?

How high will the European tsunami be when it works its way up the Baltic Sea and thence through the Gulf of Finland to St. Petersburg? St. Petersburg should not be complacent as it lies on lowland, and though the force of the tsunami will be greatly dissipated, the wash of water at St. Petersburg will be greater than any tides yet experienced. What does dissipation of a 100 foot tall wall of water mean? It means dropping, steadily, in height, to 50 foot, then 20 foot, then 10 foot, etc. Any city on the water can expect an impact. The greater threat to beautiful St. Petersburg and the surrounding lowlands is the pole shift itself, which in any case cannot be avoided.

Europe is being stretched, as the northern Atlantic widens and the African Plate drops. There have been many stretch zone accidents through eastern Europe and the Black Sea, where areas around rivers give way. This will only increase as plate movements during the 7 of 10 progress, and will become an almost continuous worry thereafter. We have stated that all dams will break during the pole shift, if not well beforehand. Lake Ladoga, which lies just east of St. Petersburg on the Neva River will be inundated with the tide during the 7 of 10 European tsunami, carrying the impact of the tsunami well inland for this region.

Can the Zetas comment or expand on why Bill Gates and Warren Buffett also want to speak with Obama privately or is it simply another case of power/wealthy elites mostly concerned about saving themselves? The meeting is slated to take place in the late morning and will include a number of Giving Pledge signatories, although the White House declined to specify exactly who would attend. More than 60 of America's wealthiest individuals and families have signed the pledge since it was first made public last year, including the father of 2012 Republican hopeful Jon Huntsman, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, and media mogul Ted Turner.

Has Obama become a touch-point for all those concerned about the globe during the coming pole shift? Is he coordinating activities, giving advice, and giving orders? This is certainly not Obama's wish, but it is a role he is being pressed to assume. (Note Nancy will tell you that there was a significant delay before we would address these questions, as we had to confer with Obama re our agreement not to discuss his mindset.) In the past, the US has placed itself as a global meddler, setting up military bases and the CIA toppling governments on behalf of corporations interested in exploitation. They have assumed a dominant role in the World Bank, and have a permanent seat with a veto vote on the UN council. But it is for other reasons that the world is tumbling into the Oval Office, seeking Obama's council.

Despite what the political opposition may be saying during an election year, Obama is highly respected around the world as a wise and compassionate visionary. So what might his vision for the world be, if the ZetaTalk message proves correct as it increasingly seems to be? With all Obama has to do, guiding his country though what are going to be devastating times for the US, he hardly has the time and energy to take on the rest of the world. Resolving the budget crisis was a cake walk compared to what others expect him to accomplish. Corporations want their assets secured, by the military if no other way. If insurance companies default, as they clearly will in time, then the US government should compensate corporations for their loss. Other countries want the US to open their borders and welcome refugees, putting them on social services.

As we have mentioned, Obama drew the line on immigration during the Haitian earthquake, and relayed that in Indonesia during his visits in late 2010 and in Central and S America in early 2011. Don't consider the US as your future home. He knows the US will have its hands full when the New Madrid adjusts, affecting almost every state east of the Mississippi. If the Andes will rumple and heave, the US can anticipate the West Coast to rupture also, afflicting most of the West Coast with volcanic activity and ash. If Siberia and Brazil will flood, so will the Mississippi Valley. If the African Rift Valley will rip open, so will the St. Lawrence Seaway. It is not lack of compassion but an insistence that all assume responsibility for themselves, rather than seek a parent figure to rescue them.

That said, why is the Dalai Lama paying Obama a visit, and what do the super rich expect from him? We mentioned recently that the New Zealand Prime Minister sought Obama's counsel, and was counseled to take a firm stance on immigration. The Dalai Lama likewise has his own plan for his followers, encouraging them not to flock to Tibet. Certainly, the super rich and corporations would be naïve to request support from the Obama administration when half the nation may become homeless, but this has not stopped them from making such demands. The endless pleas will only increase in intensity, from all fronts, with few answers other than self reliance and taking a firm stance when necessary.

These are issues we, the Zetas, have not hesitated to address. What to do when the group is starving. What to do with those who are lazy or demanding special treatment. Whom to exile, and whom to nurture. What to do when escape from certain death is not possible. These are all issues we, the Zetas, have addressed from the start. Our Safe Locations documentation is well known and increasingly sought, with routes to safety and best and worst case scenarios anticipated discussed frankly. Does this mean that ZetaTalk is being used as a basis for discussion during Oval Office meetings where the coming pole shift is the focus of the meeting? Absolutely. A Bible of sorts. A Koran. Better than the FEMA guidelines. Addressing the issues better than the US Constitution and the UN charter.

I have browsed through the website and learned that people in US should avoid Great Denver area and those in Russia should also do so to Ural. What about people in china? I know there are several so-called ghost cities already built. Does that mean we should try to stay away from those places when make plans for the coming pole shift? What are the places in China we should try to stay away just in case that the government has set their eyes on already? Also, from our main stream media, there are many military exercises being or to be held around China. Does that have anything to do with the migration of those countries taking part in them, like Vietnam, South Korea, Philippine, Japan, etc.?

The ghost cities of China are situated where the climate and elevation will be most optimal in the Aftertime, and away from China's sinkhole belt, but they are also near China's heavy population zones. Beijing is the seat of government, and would be expected to be where most of the elite in China reside. One or more of these ghost cities could be anticipated to be the new seat of government when Beijing is flooded, as it will be. Watch how each of these cities is furnished in the future as a clue to their determination. In any case, most of the populace will hardly have a residence in one of the ghost cities, which will indeed be reserved for the elite.

China can be expected to direct its population to migrate within China to the desert regions in the interior, so that a worker base can be established for the Aftertime. Such efforts are already underway, under the gist of various social programs or programs designed to develop the interior. Starvation is already a specter living in China, so will be nothing new, but survivors will find hard decisions are required. Who lives and who dies? Certainly, any refugees from other countries will be harshly ejected, with guarding the borders a top priority. Nor will the elite from other countries be welcomed. As our advice to all, each family should as far as possible make their own arrangements, as soon as possible, to be in a safe location with well established gardens, flocks, and fish ponds.

Military exercises are not a clue as to what countries might find their borders with China opened when the pole shift arrives. Such partners may be warmly treated today, but find a cold shoulder later.

I cannot find any commentary on this so I will ask. The Jet Stream is very important to our climate now. I have looked at the maps from Nancy for after the shift for safe locations and determining climate in areas. What I am wondering is how the Jet Stream will be effected by the pole shift? Since it is instrumental in our weather patterns, it would seem this factor would be important in determining where you would want to migrate to after the shift. The area I live in now is considered a safe location, but I wonder what the climate may be like if the Jet Stream moves or disappears or transforms. Can the Zetas comment on this? Their paths typically have a meandering shape; jet streams may start, stop, split into two or more parts, combine into one stream, or flow in various directions including the opposite direction of most of the jet. The strongest jet streams are the polar jets, at around 7-12 km (23,000-39,000 ft) above sea level, and the higher and somewhat weaker subtropical jets at around 10-16 km (33,000-52,000 ft). Jet streams are caused by a combination of a planet's rotation on its axis and atmospheric heating (by solar radiation and, on some planets other than Earth, internal heat). The Coriolis effect describes how a planet's surface and atmosphere rotate fastest at the planet's equator while rotating relatively slowly at the poles. Jet streams form near boundaries of adjacent air masses with significant differences in temperature, such as the polar region and the warmer air towards the equator.

The jet streams will reform over the Earth after the pole shift, as might be expected moving from the new west to the new east, and dipping or twisting where strong differences in temperature exist beneath them. Warm air is frequently lighter as the molecules bump around, excited by the heat. But high and low air pressure differences exist even outside of temperature differences. All this affects the movement of the jet streams, which reflect but do not create air movement. Jet streams are a symptom of the overall atmospheric movement, not a driving force. That said, what will the Aftertime jet streams look like.

Jet streams tend to follow coastlines, along the same paths as the ocean currents which well up and curl around with the Coriolis effect and then encounter a coastline. In the Aftertime, these coastlines are likely to be formed along the Americas, Africa, and over the flooded Siberia where a large land mass blocks or encounters a large ocean current. Jet streams likewise tend to swoop over large land masses, where the polar air pushes down or up over super heated land where the air has become lighter, offering less resistance. In the Aftertime this is likely to form over the Mexican deserts, over the vast continent of Africa, and over the high lands of Mongolia. Elsewhere, as today, the jet stream is likely to simply flow new west to new east.

The Zetas have said that after the PS and transformation of the Earth into 4th density, souls still undecided upon orientation will reincarnate into water beings on a water planet (since Earth will no longer be available for 3rd density beings. The Zetas have also mentioned that the beings responsible for the genuine crop circles are water beings on a water planet that could not participate in any other way with the incredible happenings on Earth at this time. Would the Zetas comment on if the beings responsible for the crop circles are the same beings that 3rd density humans will reincarnate into? Also, Nancy, did you meet one of these beings when you were introduced to the various beings mentioned in your bio?

Water planets housing intelligent life and the home planets of visitors in attendance on Earth during its Transformation are almost infinite in their form. We have mentioned intelligent fish, jellyfish, octopus, and various amphibious creatures that today exist on Earth to give you a basis of comparison. Most do not have an equivalent on Earth. The world awaiting those who are undecided is a 3rd density world, and as such is not in attendance on Earth at this time. Just as humans are not sent on missions at present, being still in 3rd density and not having graduated as yet, these octopus creatures are still too immature. The amphibious octopus Nancy met is not the species that will be the future home of the undecided, as for an amphibious life to develop, an opportunity to be above the waves must exist during its evolution.

Will the US debts lead to a new wave of financial crisis around the globe and the US itself? Should we expect US military forces unleashed in attempts to save their economy? I meant that The US would start a massive war campaign thus trying to support their national currency.

Bankruptcy of the US would impact those holding US dollars first (as the worth of the dollar would plummet), China second (as China holds US notes) and the Puppet Master third (as his assets worldwide would be affected). The pressure on those in Congress trying to force political agendas during the recurring debt crisis would move beyond a popularity contest, thus, to contemplate war. Since war is an expense, in fact an expense much resented by the taxpayers, this would hardly be a popular move. War was used as a distraction during the Bush administration, when there was capital to burn.

The US is bankrupt, with the current goal to maintain an air of confidence that the US will pay its debts. This can be done in a variety of ways, by:

As global economies sink into bankruptcy, sabre rattling may on occasion be used to distract the populace, but in the main current trends become more pronounced. Creatures everywhere are creatures of habit, and stress only makes this characteristic more pronounced. Old battles will be rehashed, current battles more intense, as almost everyone is forced to tighten their belts.

I came across this story and wondered if the Zetas could give an update to the information relayed in the ZetaTalk Newsletter Issue 97 from Sept. 2008 regarding possible war with Iran now that President Obama is in office. Earlier this week, Robert Baer appeared on the provocative KPFK Los Angeles show Background Briefing, hosted by Ian Masters. It was there that he predicted that Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is likely to ignite a war with Iran in the very near future.Unprecedented warning about Netanyahu's plans by former Mossad chief Meir Dagan. Dagan left the Israeli intelligence agency in September 2010. Two months ago, he predicted that Israel would attack and said that doing so would be "the stupidest thing" he could imagine. If Israel bombed Iran tomorrow, Congress would forget all about their partisan differences and run, not walk, to the House and Senate floors to endorse the attack and call for unstinting support for Israel. That is what Congress always does, and will always do so long as the lobby (and the donors it directs) are the key players in making our Middle East policies.

We have mentioned the apparent flaring up of Service-to-Self action when spiritual polarization occurs during a world's Transformation. Seeing that they are losing their grip, that their influence is slipping and their hopes for dominance and control are slipping away, a type of snarl emerges. It is for these reasons that the many prophecies predicting war during the End Times have sprung.

But simply declaring war is not that easy, even for a determined head of state. If it were so easy for those in the Service-to-Self to achieve their ends, the globe would be in a constant state of war. War is not waged by a single leader's determination. In the case of Israel, something else is afoot. As we have mentioned, the reason Israel gets extraordinary support in the US is due to their well funded lobby. The Jewish culture and history have given those within that base a high IQ on average and a tradition of acquiring wealth. The banking industry is predominantly run by those of this heritage. Thus, Israel thinks they have purchased cooperation in the US, and the continuing support given to Israel by the US government paints this picture.

The Israeli leadership is testing the waters by their talk of attacking Iran. Iran is not in attack mode, which anyone can see, so this would be a fight picked by Israel, a fact that could not be denied. The hard-right leadership of Israel is watching as Obama exits Iraq and is preparing to exit Afghanistan too. Bin Laden has been dealt with, the US returning troops home, and for the leadership of Israel, it seems it is now or never if they are to pull the US into a war with Iran on their behalf. But the US is struggling with their horrific debt load, in a budgetary crisis, and yet another war on another front the last thing anyone is likely to support. This is the firm opinion of the US military, of Obama and his administration, and those in Congress who are Israeli backers likely to privately express this to Israel too. It is an election year for many, and the votes would simply not be there. Will Israel attack, trying to force the US to join or at least protect them? Not unless the Israeli leadership themselves picks up swords and run screaming across the borders, as their country is unlikely to follow their orders.

I know you have declined in the past to elaborate on Obama's intentions regarding certain matters, however, this one hits home to all of us in rural America, where we have chosen as our safe place. Recently, Obama signed Executive Order 13575 and many of us are concerned as to what this means to those of us who have moved to the country, started our gardens, gotten our chickens and goats, as the Zetas have long stressed the importance of self-sufficiency. Would you please explain what this Executive Order means for us in the time up until the Pole Shift? What is the hidden agenda? We revealed a year ago the FEMA plan under Obama, to deal with potentially millions of homeless during forthcoming disasters in the US. Executive Order 13575 is proof that this is the plan, despite whatever interpretation conspiracy websites might conclude. This is not part of the New World Order, nor is it targeting small farms or actively productive agricultural land. Take a look at the list of agencies in order 13575, 25 in total. It encompasses the entire federal government under the control of the Executive Branch!

Recently, a Swedish team searching for ancient alcohol on the Baltic seabed came across a strange circular anomaly. There is much speculation about the nature of this "artifact" and it has been in the news recently. Could the Zetas please give us the Truth? At 87m down, between Sweden and Finland, they saw a large circle, about 60 feet in diameter. Mr Lindberg said the team has also noted what they say could possibly be tracks running some 300m up to where the disc lies. The team claims the tracks show the object has moved, either on or since settling to the ocean floor.

This is indeed a track left by a UFO but this will not include the UFO itself, nor was the track the result of a crash. Ocean bottom ooze was solidified during a landing, turning ooze into a type of rock by heat or other particle emissions on the surface of the UFO.
